cli-resilienceCommand reference for omniroute's quota and resilience commands: inspect circuit breakers, cooldowns, lockouts and quota pools, reset stuck providers and tune thresholds.
Quota commands show the gateway's quota, pool and circuit state, preview how allocation would be enforced without making an upstream request (by API key ID, pool ID and token count), and create or update a quota pool idempotently from a JSON object. The resilience group then lists overall status, circuit breakers, connection cooldowns and model lockouts, each filterable by provider and in some cases by connection or model.
When a provider is stuck, the reset command clears its state for a provider, connection or model, can clear all cooldowns and has a confirmation switch. Profile, show, set and config commands view and change the resilience settings, including a failure threshold, a reset timeout and a base cooldown, both given in milliseconds. The CLI is installed from npm.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 8ad6b1c. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

OmniRoute Resilience CLI loads about 624 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 46 tokens; SKILL.md has 144 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

OmniRoute Resilience CLI fits situations like: finding out why a provider is being skipped because of a tripped breaker or cooldown; resetting a stuck provider or connection after the upstream issue is fixed; previewing quota enforcement for an API key before sending real traffic; adjusting the failure threshold and cooldown timings of the gateway.
Run `npx skills add diegosouzapw/OmniRoute --skill cli-resilience -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/cli-resilience in diegosouzapw/OmniRoute) into .claude/skills/cli-resilience in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, OmniRoute Resilience CLI needs the command-line tools its instructions call (npm). Our summary lists: The omniroute CLI, installed with npm or run through npx.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use npm, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
OmniRoute Resilience CLI is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 624 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.5k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
