comment-sickoDispatches the comment-sicko subagent to hunt gratuitous comments in a PR/diff, triages its raw findings, and posts a polite, professional writeup.
Comment Sicko is an agent skill from Comfy-Org/ComfyUI_frontend. Dispatches the comment-sicko subagent to hunt gratuitous comments in a PR/diff, triages its raw findings, and posts a polite, professional writeup. Use when reviewing a PR/diff, checking for unnecessary/gratuitous comments, or asked to run "the angry comment review" / "comment-sicko". Modeled on Cursor's no-comments skill (github.com/cursor/plugins, pstack/skills/no-comments).
Its SKILL.md is about 1.1k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It sits in Agent Workflows, covering Subagents. It works with GitHub. The repository describes itself as: Official front-end implementation of ComfyUI. The licence is GPL-3.0.
4 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 03bca8a. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Comment Sicko loads about 1.1k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 98 tokens; SKILL.md has 533 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from Comfy-Org/ComfyUI_frontend at commit 03bca8a, republished under its GPL-3.0 licence (© Comfy-Org). 533 words, ~1,096 tokens.
.claude/skills/comment-sicko/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder).Dispatcher for the comment-sicko subagent (.claude/agents/comment-sicko.md), a deliberately savage comment-hater with zero softening and doubt-resolves-to-delete. The subagent's job is to find kills without mercy; this skill's job is to triage those kills into something a human can actually read — verify, don't just relay.
Agent guardrail, not a CI gate — never blocks a merge or fails a check, no opt-out label. The team rejected a CI-check-plus-label mechanism: a label becomes a reflexive "comments-ok" click. Runs only when invoked during review or on request.
Deletion/edit timing matters; posting findings does not. Posting critique on someone else's PR — inline comments or a consolidated writeup — is fine at any point, including during active human review: it's ordinary review commentary and never touches the diff. The caution is narrower and applies only to the "your own pending changes" path below: don't auto-delete or edit comments there once the PR is already under active human review — that reflows lines and silently strands any inline threads anchored to them. Run that delete/edit path before the PR goes up for review, or before requesting re-review; if review is already active, leave the comments in place until merge instead.
comment-sicko subagent via Task on the PR/branch diff. It returns raw, savage, unfiltered verdicts (file:line + comment + KEEP/KILL/MUST KILL/COMMIT-BODY) — do not show these to a human as-is.considered: line that doesn't actually name a losing alternative isn't a real KEEP.MUST KILL mandates (the named symbol/rename) — those are the parts upstream calls the "meat," and they're worth preserving verbatim in substance.comprehensive-pr-review's inline-comment approach), or one consolidated comment listing file:line + quoted comment + verdict if inline isn't available. COMMIT-BODY findings are suggestions to move that content into the commit/PR description, not deletions.[comment-sicko] src/components/NodeBadge.vue:42

Delete it — the comment restates the next line. When run as part of comprehensive-pr-review (.claude/commands/comprehensive-pr-review.md), add this dispatcher's triaged findings as one more review dimension — reuse that command's checkout/diffing/comment-posting mechanics rather than duplicating them.

SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Comment Sicko is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Comment Sicko is published under the GPL-3.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 1.1k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 4.4k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
