pr-review-triageTracks open pull requests and records CI state, staleness, merge conflicts and unanswered review comments in a state file, then lists the top three actions for a human.
This skill makes the agent act as a pull request babysitter. It collects the open PRs with `gh pr list` or a GitHub MCP server, reads the CI status of each one, and compares what it finds with the notes from its previous run in `pr-babysitter-state.md`. Each PR gets an entry in that file, and the run ends with the three most useful actions for a person to take.
The rules are cautious about what counts as green. A PR with no checks is recorded as absent or unknown rather than passing, administrative statuses such as a CLA check are kept apart from functional CI, and a clean merge state is not treated as proof that the PR is ready. If the required-check or review policy cannot be established, the agent reports that the PR is not ready to merge and escalates. It does not edit code in L1 mode, and it flags security, auth and payments changes for a human.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit f914d15. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use gh, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.

PR Review Triage loads about 805 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 38 tokens; SKILL.md has 376 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

openinterpreter/openinterpreter
Watches an open GitHub pull request until it merges, handling review comments, diagnosing CI failures and retrying flaky checks along the way.
prisma/orm
Runs a loop on a GitHub pull request: fetch review state, triage comments into actions, implement them and resolve threads, repeating until nothing actionable is left.
prisma/orm
Fetches a pull request's canonical review state as JSON, validates it, and renders markdown, a text summary and triage target files from it using bundled scripts.
microsoft/garnet
Checks that a pull request's title and description match its implementation and reviews the code for Garnet best practices, reporting findings without posting them.
fastlane/fastlane
Reviews a fastlane pull request against its linked issue and the project guides, separating blocking from non-blocking findings and handling vulnerabilities privately.
thedotmack/claude-mem
Keeps watching a pull request, fixing real review and CI problems and resolving stale threads, until it is clean and ready to merge.
cobusgreyling/loop-engineering
Installs Loop Engineering into a project through the single @cobusgreyling/loop CLI, scaffolding a report-only loop and a readiness score.
cobusgreyling/loop-engineering
Loads a project's loop-constraints.md before any other action and blocks pushes, edits or merges that violate the rules it defines.
cobusgreyling/loop-engineering
Acts as a skeptical checker for changes an implementer sub-agent made, running the tests, confirming the diff scope and returning approve, reject or escalate to a human.
cobusgreyling/loop-engineering
Makes the smallest code change that fixes one well-scoped problem, such as a CI failure, review comment or typo, without refactoring anything unrelated.
cobusgreyling/loop-engineering
Scans merges to main since the last tag or date, extracting titles, labels and breaking-change or security signals as structured input for a release notes drafter.
cobusgreyling/loop-engineering
Parse CI failures, identify failing job/step, classify as flake, regression, env, or config.

PR Review Triage fits situations like: checking which open PRs are blocked on CI, conflicts or review; keeping a running watchlist of open pull requests between sessions; deciding which stalled PR needs a human nudge first.
Run `npx skills add cobusgreyling/loop-engineering --skill pr-review-triage -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (starters/pr-babysitter-opencode/skills/pr-review-triage in cobusgreyling/loop-engineering) into .claude/skills/pr-review-triage in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add cobusgreyling/loop-engineering --skill pr-review-triage -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (starters/pr-babysitter-opencode/skills/pr-review-triage in cobusgreyling/loop-engineering) into .agents/skills/pr-review-triage in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add cobusgreyling/loop-engineering --skill pr-review-triage -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/pr-review-triage, .gemini/skills/pr-review-triage, .github/skills/pr-review-triage and .opencode/skills/pr-review-triage in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, PR Review Triage needs the command-line tools its instructions call (gh). Our summary lists: GitHub CLI (`gh`) or a GitHub MCP server; A writable `pr-babysitter-state.md` file for the watchlist.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use gh, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
PR Review Triage is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 805 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.2k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
