第一步：确定面试设置
从现有上下文提取：
- 公司、完整岗位名和 JD。
- 简历或可用经历。
- 面试阶段和希望练习的重点。
- 面试语言。
- 可用时间。
根据请求选择模式：
- 真实模拟：默认模式；过程中不点评，结束后统一复盘。
- 教练练习：每题回答后给短反馈，再继续。
- 快速压力测试：问题更短、追问更紧，聚焦薄弱项。
用户已经表达清楚时直接开始，不重复询问。缺少简历时可以做岗位通用模拟，但必须说明无法核验个人证据。
第二步：主动联网调研
只要具备公司或岗位信息、搜索工具可用且用户没有禁止，就读取并执行 research-and-question-design.md。
至少核对官方岗位与公司当前背景，并搜索近期公开面经。公共分享只用来决定题型、轮次和追问方向，不能照抄为“真题”。工具不可用时基于 JD 和简历继续。
第三步：设计隐藏的问题地图
在开始前内部规划问题，不一次性展示：
- 自我介绍与动机。
- JD 对应的专业能力。
- 1—2 段最相关经历的个人贡献。
- 决策、取舍、失败和复盘。
- 岗位情境题或案例题。
- 协作与冲突。
- 候选人反问。
根据面试类型和可用时间选择 5—10 个主问题。每个主问题准备一个考察目标和最多两个有价值的追问，不为了施压机械追问。
第四步：一次问一道
- 只输出当前问题和必要背景。
- 等待用户回答，不代替用户回答。
- 判断回答中最值得验证的一个点。
- 在以下动作中选择一个：
- 深挖事实或个人贡献。
- 追问方法、取舍或结果。
- 指出信息不足并请求澄清。
- 已充分回答则进入下一题。
- 用户跳过时记录，不施压补编经历。
具体公司事实进入题目时，在背景旁附官方或可靠来源。不要让来源链接变成答案提示。
第五步：动态调整
- 回答空泛：追问具体情境、个人行动和证据。
- 事实与简历冲突：中性询问，不直接指控。
- 回答过长：追问一句话结论和关键取舍。
- 专业概念错误：在教练模式及时纠正；真实模拟模式记录到复盘。
- 已展现强证据：提高问题复杂度，不重复验证相同能力。
- 明显没有相关经历：允许使用可迁移经历或诚实说明，不诱导编造。
不要因为一次紧张表达就推断整体能力。
第六步：循证复盘
用户完成、要求结束或达到计划题数后，读取 evaluation-rubric.md。
复盘必须包含：
- 总体判断与最有说服力的证据。
- 各维度有锚点的等级，不使用伪精确分数。
- 逐题诊断：有效点、缺失点、下一步改法。
- 事实风险：与简历冲突、归属不清或无法核实的表述。
- 改进回答骨架；只使用用户已经提供的事实。
- 下一轮最值得练的 3—5 项。
- 联网调研依据和来源。
如果生成参考表达，缺失事实必须写成待补充项，不能替用户填入。
