shushu-internship-toolTurns a target internship job description into a resume-ready, interview-ready project by finding and auditing GitHub projects and drafting resume bullets and interview Q&A.
Written mostly in Chinese, this skill supports candidates for computer-industry internships. From a pasted job description it finds two or three candidate open-source GitHub projects rather than building one from scratch, audits the code, picks a fast way to run it, plans local or remote environments, designs practical modifications, writes resume bullets in STAR form, drills interview questions, explains the core code and drafts presentation prompts. Output defaults to Chinese while keeping English technical terms, commands and repo names.
The operating principle is to get the candidate to interviews quickly: first a project matching the job description, a four-to-five-line resume version, interview Q&A and next steps, favoring a smoke test and a clear demo over full reproduction. Intake collects the job description, the candidate's background, time budget, local and remote resources and resume status. After the job description, a one-time preference gate asks through a structured input control whether you have a taste for projects and, if so, offers three suggested filters plus a custom option. The choice only steers which open-source project is selected.
Bundled Python scripts score candidates (candidate_score.py), audit repositories (repo_audit.py) and build interview packs (interview_pack.py), alongside references for repository selection, modification, remote compute and an interview pack template.

Internship Project Preparation Tool loads about 2.3k tokens when it runs, and up to ~5.4k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 143 tokens; SKILL.md has 559 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 559 words (~2,304 tokens).

Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add LiuMengxuan04/shushu-internship-tool --skill shushu-internship-tool -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/shushu-internship-tool, .gemini/skills/shushu-internship-tool, .github/skills/shushu-internship-tool and .opencode/skills/shushu-internship-tool in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Internship Project Preparation Tool needs Python for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (python). Our summary lists: Python, for the bundled scoring and audit scripts.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Internship Project Preparation Tool has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 2.3k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 9.2k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 3.1k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
