pr-review-analysisFetches review comments from a GitHub pull request, checks each one against the real code, rates it valid, invalid or partial, and can reply on GitHub.
Given a pull request URL, or a repository and number, the agent pulls reviews and inline comments with gh api and collects each comment's claim, file and line. For every comment it reads the referenced code, checks whether the reviewer is technically right, and labels it valid, invalid or partially valid. It also searches for the same pattern elsewhere in the codebase and includes extra occurrences in the report.
The report is written in Japanese with technical terms left as written. Once fixes are done, the agent offers to reply to each comment, and replies are posted only after you approve: a short fixed-in-commit note for valid findings, an explanation of what was and was not addressed for partial ones, and a technical reason for invalid ones. Bot and human reviews are both handled, comments outside the diff are answered in a related inline thread, and severity is inferred from labels or content.

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit a7bf24a. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use gh, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.

PR Review Analysis loads about 626 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 91 tokens; SKILL.md has 98 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 98 words (~626 tokens).
Just SKILL.md in .claude/skills/pr-review-analysis of breaking-brake/cc-wf-studio.

openinterpreter/openinterpreter
Watches an open GitHub pull request until it merges, handling review comments, diagnosing CI failures and retrying flaky checks along the way.
prisma/orm
Runs a loop on a GitHub pull request: fetch review state, triage comments into actions, implement them and resolve threads, repeating until nothing actionable is left.
prisma/orm
Fetches a pull request's canonical review state as JSON, validates it, and renders markdown, a text summary and triage target files from it using bundled scripts.
microsoft/garnet
Checks that a pull request's title and description match its implementation and reviews the code for Garnet best practices, reporting findings without posting them.
fastlane/fastlane
Reviews a fastlane pull request against its linked issue and the project guides, separating blocking from non-blocking findings and handling vulnerabilities privately.
thedotmack/claude-mem
Keeps watching a pull request, fixing real review and CI problems and resolving stale threads, until it is clean and ready to merge.
breaking-brake/cc-wf-studio
Creates and edits visual agent workflows in CC Workflow Studio through conversation, with the agent reading and writing the canvas over MCP.
breaking-brake/cc-wf-studio
Guides edits to cc-wf-studio's workflow schema so AI agents generate better workflows, treating schema text as prompt engineering rather than validation.
breaking-brake/cc-wf-studio
Opens a pull request to main in a pnpm and Changesets monorepo, after working out which packages changed and making sure a changeset file exists.
breaking-brake/cc-wf-studio
Clean up merged feature branches after PR to main is merged. Use when the user says "ブランチ削除", "cleanup", "マージ後の片付け", or wants to delete a merged branch.
breaking-brake/cc-wf-studio
Teaches the agent to use the ccwf command line tool to validate, preview, render, export and run cc-wf-studio workflow JSON files without opening VS Code.
breaking-brake/cc-wf-studio
Runs one unattended ideation round for cc-wf-studio: orient on plans and issues, invent user-visible improvements, judge them against a value bar and file the winners as locked idea issues.

PR Review Analysis fits situations like: checking whether review feedback on a pull request is actually correct; replying to each review comment after the fixes are pushed; finding other places in the code with a pattern a reviewer flagged.
Run `npx skills add breaking-brake/cc-wf-studio --skill pr-review-analysis -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/pr-review-analysis in breaking-brake/cc-wf-studio) into .claude/skills/pr-review-analysis in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add breaking-brake/cc-wf-studio --skill pr-review-analysis -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/pr-review-analysis in breaking-brake/cc-wf-studio) into .agents/skills/pr-review-analysis in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add breaking-brake/cc-wf-studio --skill pr-review-analysis -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/pr-review-analysis, .gemini/skills/pr-review-analysis, .github/skills/pr-review-analysis and .opencode/skills/pr-review-analysis in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, PR Review Analysis needs the command-line tools its instructions call (gh). Our summary lists: GitHub CLI (gh) with access to the repository.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use gh, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
PR Review Analysis has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 626 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.5k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
