seedance-2-5-skillPlans and generates controllable Seedance videos by choosing a creative route first, from text prompts and storyboards to keyframe pairs, extensions and edits.
The skill refuses to push every request through one image-grid pipeline. It chooses the video route first and then enables only the preparation modules the job needs. Routes include a plain text prompt for one short scene, a single storyboard image that turns panel order into one continuous video, a clip driven by role-specific asset references, a shot defined by start and end keyframes, and chained extensions for long actions. Further routes cover staged whole-shorts, edits to existing video, transitions between two clips and blockout references from a 3D preview.
Seedance 2.0 is the executable default, and a 2.5 whole-short route is offered only when the chosen provider exposes that model and its real limits. The last four routes vary by model and provider, so availability is verified first. English requests follow the main file, Chinese requests read the Chinese workflow before the matching zh-CN references, and model IDs, JSON keys and commands stay untranslated. Many reference files cover cinematography, long video, multi-reference input and prompt templates, and scripts are included.

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit a38ee1d. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Ships 1 file in scripts/, which the agent can run.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
nodeFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
Hosts in commands or code, which the agent is likely to contact:
atlascloud.aiFrom URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names these keys or tokens, usually read from environment variables:
ATLASCLOUD_API_KEYATLAS_CLOUD_API_KEYFrom names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Seedance 2.5 Video Planner loads about 4.3k tokens when it runs, and up to ~40k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 88 tokens; SKILL.md has 2,228 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 2,228 words (~4,273 tokens).

Seedance 2.5 Video Planner fits situations like: keeping a character, product or scene consistent across generated clips; turning a storyboard image into a multi-shot video in one request; generating a shot with an exact first and last frame; extending a clip beyond the supported duration.
Run `npx skills add AtlasCloudAI/awesome-seedance-2.5-prompts-skills --skill seedance-2-5-skill -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/seedance-2-5-skill in AtlasCloudAI/awesome-seedance-2.5-prompts-skills) into .claude/skills/seedance-2-5-skill in your project. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add AtlasCloudAI/awesome-seedance-2.5-prompts-skills --skill seedance-2-5-skill -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/seedance-2-5-skill, .gemini/skills/seedance-2-5-skill, .github/skills/seedance-2-5-skill and .opencode/skills/seedance-2-5-skill in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Seedance 2.5 Video Planner needs the command-line tools its instructions call (node) and credentials named ATLASCLOUD_API_KEY and ATLAS_CLOUD_API_KEY. Our summary lists: Access to a Seedance provider such as Atlas Cloud, with its API credentials.
SKILL.md names 1 domain. In commands or code: atlascloud.ai; the agent is likely to contact it when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Seedance 2.5 Video Planner has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 4.3k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 17k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 36k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
