Kiinteistöt — erityisalue
Kiinteistön myynti ja vuokraus on lähtökohtaisesti verotonta, mutta: hakeutuminen kiinteistön käyttöoikeuden luovutuksesta verovelvolliseksi (edellytykset lähteestä), rakentamispalvelun oma käyttö, käännetty verovelvollisuus rakennusalalla ja tarkistusmenettely muodostavat kokonaisuuden, jossa virhe on kallis — suosittele kokonaistarkastelua ja tarvittaessa ennakkoratkaisua.
