xlsxCreates, edits, cleans and analyzes Excel and CSV files with openpyxl and pandas, recalculating formulas through LibreOffice so files are delivered without formula errors.
The SKILL.md is in Chinese and applies when a spreadsheet is the main input or output: .xlsx, .xlsm, .csv or .tsv files to open, fix, format, chart, convert or build from scratch. It does not apply when the deliverable is a Word file, HTML report, standalone Python script, database pipeline or Google Sheets integration. Output rules call for one professional font, zero formula errors and strict adherence to an existing template's conventions.
For financial models it sets color coding (blue for inputs, black for formulas, green for cross-sheet links, red for external links, yellow fill for key assumptions) and number formats such as years as text, currency with units in headers, zeros shown as dashes, one-decimal percentages and negatives in parentheses. It insists on Excel formulas with assumptions in their own cells rather than values hardcoded from Python, and on source notes for hardcoded figures. It needs openpyxl, pandas and LibreOffice, with scripts/recalc.py recalculating. The licence is proprietary.
6 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 3b961b7. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Ships 14 files in scripts/ (Python, from the files we listed), which the agent can run.

Excel Spreadsheet Builder loads about 1.8k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 87 tokens; SKILL.md has 347 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Its licence (Proprietary) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 347 words (~1,771 tokens).

Run `npx skills add agentscope-ai/QwenPaw --skill xlsx -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (src/qwenpaw/agents/skills/xlsx-zh in agentscope-ai/QwenPaw) into .claude/skills/xlsx in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add agentscope-ai/QwenPaw --skill xlsx -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (src/qwenpaw/agents/skills/xlsx-zh in agentscope-ai/QwenPaw) into .agents/skills/xlsx in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add agentscope-ai/QwenPaw --skill xlsx -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/xlsx, .gemini/skills/xlsx, .github/skills/xlsx and .opencode/skills/xlsx in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Excel Spreadsheet Builder needs Python for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (python). Our summary lists: Python with `openpyxl` and `pandas`; LibreOffice for formula recalculation; Dependencies on PATH when running on Windows.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Excel Spreadsheet Builder carries a proprietary licence (declared in SKILL.md). It is published on GitHub, but it is not open source: read the licence file before using or sharing it.
About 1.8k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 7.1k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
