literature-reviewA skill your agent uses when the user wants to draft a literature review, survey a research area, summarize a field, organize workspace papers, identify gaps, or export review references.
Literature Review is an agent skill from ZimoLiao/scholaraio. Use when the user wants to draft a literature review, survey a research area, summarize a field, organize workspace papers, identify gaps, or export review references.
Its SKILL.md is about 2.1k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It sits in Research & Science, covering Literature review. It works with LaTeX. The repository describes itself as: Scholar All-In-One: A research infrastructure for AI agents. The licence is MIT.
7 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 777628b. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
claudeFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Literature Review loads about 2.1k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 46 tokens; SKILL.md has 457 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from ZimoLiao/scholaraio at commit 777628b, republished under its MIT licence (© ZimoLiao). 457 words, ~2,089 tokens.
.claude/skills/literature-review/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder).
用户必须指定一个 workspace(--ws NAME)。
notes.md。
scholaraio diagram --from-text "2000: Method A; 2010: Method B; 2020: Method C" --type tech_route --format drawio
scholaraio diagram --from-text "Theme 1 contains X and Y; Theme 2 contains Z" --type model_arch --format svg将图文件路径附在大纲之后供用户参考。
然后加载 L3(结论)或 L4(全文):
scholaraio show <paper-id> --layer 3 # 结论
scholaraio show "<paper-id>" --append-notes "## YYYY-MM-DD | <workspace> | literature-review
生成分类框架或演进时间线,插入 LaTeX/Markdown 中。
scholaraio diagram --from-text "分类:A类包含方法1/2;B类包含方法3/4;本文属于C类" --type model_arch --format svg
→ 确认格式后,先阅读 docs/writing-guide/academic-survey-writing-guide.md 和记忆文件,进入 LaTeX 正式写作流程

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Literature Review needs the command-line tools its instructions call (claude). Our summary lists: Python 3.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Literature Review is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 2.1k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 8.4k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
