What it does
This skill takes an incoming commercial contract and reviews it against the playbook stored in the commercial-legal plugin's config, with output in Turkish and legal content assessed under Turkish law and practice. It first reads the playbook and company profile; if the profile is missing or still holds placeholders, it stops and asks you to run the cold-start interview command, which collects the playbook, risk preference, authorized signatories and output format.
The document can arrive as an upload, local path, link, CLM or e-signature record, KEP record or pasted text. The agent identifies its type from substance rather than title, then routes to nda-review, vendor-agreement-review, saas-msa-review, amendment-history or renewal-tracker, asking one routing question when the type is mixed or unclear. A confirm_routing preference, on by default, controls whether it checks the routing with you, and --no-confirm skips that.
Every review also runs Turkish-law baseline checks: parties and roles, contract price with a lira equivalent, signature and representation authority, governing law and competent court or arbitration, KVKK data processing and transfers abroad, penalty clauses and liability caps, renewal and termination notice, non-compete and exclusivity terms, and the chance that mediation is a precondition to litigation. The outputs are merged into one review memo.
