At a glance

Routes a request to the right oh-my-claudecode skill by listing which skill owns each job, in delivery-loop order, without running anything itself.

  • Knowing a task needs doing but not which oh-my-claudecode skill handles it
  • SKILL.md covers The delivery loop, On-ramps (off the main loop), Utilities and Rules
  • Instructions only: no scripts, shell commands, URLs or credentials in SKILL.md
  • Finding the next skill to call once a plan has been approved

What it does

This is a lookup table for the oh-my-claudecode skill set. Given a job such as handling incoming issues, writing a plan, shipping an approved plan, judging finished work or checking a claim of completion, it names the one skill that owns it, and the agent then calls that skill with the Skill tool.

The table follows the delivery loop, from harbor for incoming work and deep-interview for vague ideas through plan, launch, ralph, autopilot and team to review, verify and pr. Off-loop sections cover debugging, TDD, research and wiki on-ramps, and utilities for setup, skill management and cancelling a mode. The map routes and never executes. When two rows both fit, the earlier step in the loop wins, and each routed skill keeps its own rules.

When your agent uses it

  • Knowing a task needs doing but not which oh-my-claudecode skill handles it
  • Finding the next skill to call once a plan has been approved
  • Choosing between the debugging, TDD and architecture-survey on-ramps

Example prompts

  • “I have an approved plan and a messy bug report. Which skill should I run first?”
  • “Which oh-my-claudecode skill owns cleaning up AI-generated slop?”
  • “Use the skill map to route this: finished work needs judgment before the PR.”

Requirements

  • The oh-my-claudecode skills that the map points to

What it can do on your machine

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 454bae0. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.

  • Tool permissions

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.

  • Runs code

No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.

From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

  • Network

    No URLs in SKILL.md.

From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.

  • Credentials

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.

Context cost

Oh My Claude Code Skill Map loads about 746 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 47 tokens; SKILL.md has 348 words of instructions outside code blocks.

Always · name and description, kept in context so the agent knows when to use it
~47
When it runs · the whole SKILL.md, loaded when a task matches
~746

Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.

Safety

Auto-check passed

The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.

Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Map

You know something needs doing; you do not know which skill owns it. Find the job below, call the Skill tool with the routed skill. The map routes and explains nothing twice — each routed skill owns its own doctrine.

Rules

  • The map routes; it never executes. Every row resolves to one Skill-tool call — make it, then follow that skill's own doctrine.
  • When two rows both fit, the delivery loop above is the tiebreak: earlier legs come first.
  • Phase boundaries (continue / re-enter from disk / hand off / compact) are defined in launch's Context hygiene — the map does not restate them.
  • A job matching no row is itself information: say so plainly rather than picking the nearest-sounding skill.
