geo-discoverDiscover evidence-aware GEO questions, query rewrites, intent clusters, and prioritized content opportunities from a structured brief.
Geo Discover is an agent skill from yaojingang/GEOHub. Discover evidence-aware GEO questions, query rewrites, intent clusters, and prioritized content opportunities from a structured brief. Use for AI search intent mining, question or keyword expansion, query research, FAQ discovery, 拓词, and GEO topic discovery in Chinese or English.
Its SKILL.md is about 420 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. The skill folder holds 18 other files, including scripts and reference files (for example `agents/interface.yaml`, `evals/semantic_config.json` and `evals/trigger_cases.json`).
It sits in Marketing & SEO, covering AI search optimization and Help center and FAQ content. It works with Python. The repository describes itself as: GEOHub: open, evidence-bounded GEO and SEO agent skills for AI Search, with research-grounded discovery, diagnosis, content, measurement, and one-line SEO planning. The licence is AGPL-3.0.

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 2210f7f. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Ships 1 file in scripts/ (Python), which the agent can run.

Geo Discover loads about 419 tokens when it runs, and up to ~1.3k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 73 tokens; SKILL.md has 148 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.

.claude/skills/geo-discover/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder). This skill also uses 12 other files; get the full folder from GitHub.references/discovery-method.md; read references/discovery-method-v2.md when requesting a non-legacy execution mode.1.0.0 file-backed GEO brief.python3 scripts/run_discover.py --input <brief.json> --output <runs-root> --execution-mode <legacy|deterministic|research|provider>. Legacy remains the compatibility default.quality-report.json and run-lineage.json; surface all warnings and failed checks.Treat the output argument as the runs root. Produce <runs-root>/<run-id>/input/geo-brief.json, run-manifest.json, run-lineage.json, evidence-ledger.json, query-map.json, opportunity-map.json, and quality-report.json. Return the actual <runs-root>/<run-id> directory.
Legacy and deterministic modes are offline and file-backed. Research mode consumes only approved evidence already present in the brief. Provider mode needs an explicit runtime adapter; the packaged CLI has no adapter and degrades to deterministic generation with a recorded failure. Discovery records missing evidence and never invents platform responses, volume, ranking, conversion, competitor, or customer data. Diagnosis and content generation remain separate Registry stages.

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Geo Discover needs Python for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (python3). Our summary lists: Python 3.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Geo Discover is published under the AGPL-3.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 419 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 1.7k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 927 tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
