review-pr-localWarp-specific review guidance layered on the core review-pr skill: how to weigh missing tests, how to treat early implementations and which Rust conventions to check.
Instead of redefining the review format, this skill adds repo-specific habits on top of the core `review-pr` skill, which must be installed first from the source named in its frontmatter. Only the categories the parent marks as overridable are specialized, so the output schema, severity labels, safety rules and evidence rules all come from the parent.
Reviewers check each pull request against the repository's Rust unit test and GUI integration test guidelines and mark a clear violation as important rather than a nit, including new code that should have a test and has none. For a clearly initial implementation, hardening ideas such as timeouts and retries are framed as optional future work unless they threaten correctness, security, data loss or a persistent UI hang. Rust changes follow the conventions in AGENTS.md, such as naming the context parameter `ctx` and placing it last.

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Warp Pull Request Review Rules loads about 356 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 39 tokens; SKILL.md has 175 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Warp Pull Request Review Rules fits situations like: reviewing a pull request to the warp repository; judging whether a missing test should block a pull request; checking Rust changes against the repository's style conventions.
Run `npx skills add warpdotdev/oz-for-oss --skill review-pr-local -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (.agents/skills/review-pr-local in warpdotdev/oz-for-oss) into .claude/skills/review-pr-local in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add warpdotdev/oz-for-oss --skill review-pr-local -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (.agents/skills/review-pr-local in warpdotdev/oz-for-oss) into .agents/skills/review-pr-local in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add warpdotdev/oz-for-oss --skill review-pr-local -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/review-pr-local, .gemini/skills/review-pr-local, .github/skills/review-pr-local and .opencode/skills/review-pr-local in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Warp Pull Request Review Rules is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: The parent review-pr skill installed under .agents/skills.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Warp Pull Request Review Rules is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 356 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 1.4k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
