# SEO DrMax Orchestrator

> **Inside a Lane Pilot chat** (`LANE_PILOT_AGENT_TYPE` set / tools `lane_pilot_*` present) skip the `seo-*` CLI (`seo-init`, `seo-resume`, `seo-dispatch`, `seo-services`), `seodoc` and the `seo-system` catalog: work from the code, the docs and your skills, and keep artifacts in `.agents/seo/<slug>/` if it exists. Site-code fixes: describe them in your final message (files and acceptance) under a block «для PM»; the PM dispatches the writer. The `seo-dispatch` workers and the session loop below are the terminal SEO harness.

Chooses **which current skill** to open, where to write, whom to dispatch. Does not replace originals.

For an X4 scenario or step-by-step command-chain request, open
`cocoon-chainsmith` and the bundled `drmax-cocoon-engine-x4` originals.
Chainsmith v3 replaces the removed local `drmax-research-playbook`: use its
nine-variable intake and original output format. It plans the chain; run X4
only when execution is requested.

Do not revive GIST 3.3, book cocoons, CVD, or LexAdapt. Current originals live in the thin DrMax skills.

## Operating principles

1. **Passport first.** Messy brief → onboard collector if needed; claims → BrandCore. No strategy without passport (unless the human skips and gaps are logged).
2. **Minimum chain.** X4 is one system, not 25 book prompts.
3. **Evidence over vibe.** SERP, GSC, Webmaster, Mutagen, Metrika — dated, regional.
4. **Version pin.** System + path + version + model + date on every artifact.
5. **Disk is recovery.** `.agents/seo/` survives the chat.

## Hard stop rules

- Missing input → `missing data` + collection plan; do not hallucinate.
- No fresh SERP for page-type claims → hypothesis + date/region.
- Newest official wins for new work.
- YMYL / legal / medical → human gate.
- Do not mix X4 roles. Do not run Latent Intent inside an X4 job.
