coreRoutes /teamai requests to the right workflow for syncing team skills and rules, checking status, diagnosing problems and contributing, for users who may not know Git.
The skill assumes the user may not know Git: the agent runs the commands and asks only for choices, and follows the steps literally without skipping, reordering or inventing commands. A bare /teamai prints a fixed menu of usage examples and then waits; a described scenario is matched to a row of a routing table. A friction reminder with no scenario counts as a request to share what the session taught.
The routing table sends setup, joining, managing or uninstalling a team to the setup workflow, publishing an existing skill, rule or doc to a contributor reference, sharing session learnings to the share workflow, building an architecture wiki for a multi-repo codebase to the wiki workflow, syncing and diagnosis to the pull, status and doctor commands, the team dashboard to a local server, and breakage to a troubleshooting reference.
5 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 3f11504. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
gitFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use git, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
TeamAI Daily Workflow loads about 3.6k tokens when it runs, and up to ~17k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 47 tokens; SKILL.md has 2,009 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 2,009 words (~3,643 tokens).
“You are guiding a user through TeamAI. They may not know Git. You run the commands; they only make choices when you ask. Follow the steps literally — do not skip, reorder, or invent commands.”

rebelytics/one-skill-to-rule-them-all
Monitors task execution for skill improvement opportunities.
affaan-m/ECC
Scans installed skills for principles that recur across them and proposes rule-file changes: append, revise, add a section, create a file or leave as covered.
Qiuner/birdview
Audits the AI skills installed for a project for duplicate names, broad triggers and conflicting instructions, without changing any of them.
withkynam/vibecode-pro-max-kit
Audits a project's context routing, skill discoverability and skill wiring by running a chain of validator scripts and fixing whatever they report.
mistralai/mistral-vibe
Reference for Mistral Vibe, the CLI agent it runs inside: config files, env vars, agents, skills, tools, hooks and MCP servers, so the agent can explain and troubleshoot its own setup.
Tencent/teamai-cli
Compresses a large multi-repository codebase into a structured knowledge base through architecture reverse-engineering, a Graph RAG graph and AST analysis.
Tencent/teamai-cli
Make every team AI native — TeamAI syncs a team's AI skills, rules, docs and env across AI coding tools. Use when the task operates on team-shared AI…
Tencent/teamai-cli
Walks a non-technical user through creating or joining a TeamAI team repo, then managing members, roles, MCP, and environment settings.
Tencent/teamai-cli
Summarizes what an AI coding session solved or discovered and publishes it to the team knowledge base with the teamai contribute command.

TeamAI Daily Workflow fits situations like: syncing a team's shared AI skills and rules with teamai pull; checking differences or diagnosing a setup with teamai status and doctor; publishing a skill, rule or doc to the team; sharing what a coding session taught you with teammates.
Run `npx skills add Tencent/teamai-cli --skill core -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skill-data/core in Tencent/teamai-cli) into .claude/skills/core in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add Tencent/teamai-cli --skill core -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skill-data/core in Tencent/teamai-cli) into .agents/skills/core in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add Tencent/teamai-cli --skill core -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/core, .gemini/skills/core, .github/skills/core and .opencode/skills/core in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, TeamAI Daily Workflow needs the command-line tools its instructions call (git). Our summary lists: The teamai CLI installed; A team repository set up or joined through teamai.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use git, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
TeamAI Daily Workflow has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 3.6k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 15k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 13k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
Skills that share tags, products or a category with TeamAI Daily Workflow: Using Agent Skills (addyosmani/agent-skills, 102k stars), Task Observer (rebelytics/one-skill-to-rule-them-all, 3.2k stars), Rules Distillation (affaan-m/ECC, 274k stars) and Birdview Skills Compatibility Audit (Qiuner/birdview, 715 stars). The comparison table on this page puts their stars, adoption, token cost, safety result and licence side by side.
