它说的是: 客户来咨询时多带着情绪 + 主张 + 期望 — 「他必须赔我」「他必须坐牢」「我 100% 赢」. 资深律师必须把期望管理到现实层 — 「赢」可能是部分赢 / 调解 / 撤诉 / 部分胜诉; 「赔」可能是判决但执行难; 「坐牢」可能是缓刑 / 量刑减轻; 「100%」是话术陷阱 (法律没有 100%). 期望管理失败的代价 — 客户落差 → 投诉 → 律师责任. 委托代理合同明确范围 + 风险提示书 + 持续沟通是必要.
