space-ai-article-illustrationSplits a Markdown article by heading, drafts an image prompt for each section, then generates diagrams with the Gemini API and embeds them in the note.
Written in Chinese, this skill reads a Markdown article, splits it at H2 and H3 headings, skips frontmatter, quotes and footnotes, and records each section's title, one-sentence main point and a few key concepts. It then builds a global style block from references/style-guide.md, defaulting to a minimal hand-drawn look with an architectural blueprint editorial style as the alternative, and writes one image prompt per section covering the diagram type, its content and short Chinese labels.
Nothing is generated until you confirm the prompt list. After approval the skill runs scripts/generate_image.py once per image, pauses a few seconds between calls to avoid rate limits, reports any failures at the end, and saves the files into a dated, topic-named folder inside an Obsidian vault's image directory. It finishes by inserting an Obsidian embed link under each section heading. Text inside the images defaults to Simplified Chinese, with technical terms such as AI and API allowed in English.

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit f1d835f. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Ships 1 file in scripts/ (Python), which the agent can run.

Hosts in commands or code, which the agent is likely to contact:

Names these keys or tokens, usually read from environment variables:

Article Illustration Batch Generator loads about 1k tokens when it runs, and up to ~2.4k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 40 tokens; SKILL.md has 271 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Without a licence we can't republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 271 words (~1,034 tokens).

Run `npx skills add SpaceZephyr/design-buddy --skill space-ai-article-illustration -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (space-ai-article-illustration in SpaceZephyr/design-buddy) into .claude/skills/space-ai-article-illustration in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add SpaceZephyr/design-buddy --skill space-ai-article-illustration -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (space-ai-article-illustration in SpaceZephyr/design-buddy) into .agents/skills/space-ai-article-illustration in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add SpaceZephyr/design-buddy --skill space-ai-article-illustration -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/space-ai-article-illustration, .gemini/skills/space-ai-article-illustration, .github/skills/space-ai-article-illustration and .opencode/skills/space-ai-article-illustration in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Article Illustration Batch Generator needs Python for the scripts in its folder, the command-line tools its instructions call (python3) and credentials named REMOVED_GEMINI_KEY and GEMINI_API_KEY. Our summary lists: Python 3 to run the image script; Gemini API access for image generation; An Obsidian vault with an image folder.
SKILL.md names 2 domains. In commands or code: api.labnana.com and generativelanguage.googleapis.com; the agent is likely to contact these when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
No licence was found for Article Illustration Batch Generator or its repository. Without one, default copyright applies: ask the author before reusing or redistributing it.
About 1k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 4.1k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 1.4k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
