init-projectRemoves the south-admin-react template's demo pages, components and menu entries, after a dry-run preview and your confirmation, and cleans up the matching imports.
A Python cleanup script deletes the demo and content pages, a demo component, a content server folder, and the demo menu entry together with its Chinese and English locale strings, then removes the matching import and usage lines from the header component and the menu index file by exact string match.
The script always runs with a dry-run flag first, printing the files it would delete and the references it would edit, and the agent shows that list and asks for explicit confirmation before running the real deletion. It only touches files under the project root, safely skips any target that no longer exists so it can run twice, and skips a replacement with a warning if the surrounding file was already hand-edited so the string no longer matches exactly. After cleanup it suggests running lint and the dev server to confirm the project still builds.
5 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit fcabbfa. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Ships 3 files in scripts/ (Python, JavaScript and Shell), which the agent can run.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
pythonbashpnpmFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use pnpm, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Admin Template Project Initializer loads about 519 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 49 tokens; SKILL.md has 109 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.

|---|---|
src/layouts/components/Header.tsx | 删除 import Github from '@/components/Github';\n 整行,删除 <Github />\n 整行 |
src/menus/index.ts | 删除 import { demo } from './demo';\n 整行,将 ...(demo as SideMenu[]),\n 整行删除 |
注:脚本使用精确字符串匹配。如果上述文件已被人为修改导致字符串不再精确匹配,脚本会跳过该替换并在输出中提示「未找到匹配」,此时需人工检查。

Admin Template Project Initializer fits situations like: removing the demo pages and sample content from a new south-admin-react project; stripping the demo showcase component and its menu entry before customizing the template; cleaning up leftover demo imports after deleting template content.
Run `npx skills add southliu/south-admin-react --skill init-project -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/init-project in southliu/south-admin-react) into .claude/skills/init-project in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add southliu/south-admin-react --skill init-project -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/init-project in southliu/south-admin-react) into .agents/skills/init-project in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add southliu/south-admin-react --skill init-project -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/init-project, .gemini/skills/init-project, .github/skills/init-project and .opencode/skills/init-project in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Admin Template Project Initializer needs Python, JavaScript and a shell for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (python, bash and pnpm). Our summary lists: Python; bash or the provided run.sh wrapper on Windows.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Admin Template Project Initializer is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 519 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.1k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
