daisyui-installInstallation instructions for daisyUI 5 with Tailwind CSS 4: the npm setup, CSS plugin lines, CDN usage and pointers to framework-specific guides.
daisyUI 5 has to be paired with Tailwind CSS 4, and the skill says the tailwind.config.js file is deprecated in v4 and should not be used. With Node.js, the agent runs npm i -D daisyui@latest and puts the Tailwind import and the daisyUI plugin line into the CSS file.
Installing as a dependency is preferred, but a CDN setup is described too: a daisyUI stylesheet plus the Tailwind browser script, where the main file includes the light and dark themes and a themes file adds every built-in one. The CDN files lack the is-drawer-open and is-drawer-close variants. The skill also points to a standalone guide for the Tailwind executable without Node.js and to framework-specific guides for tools such as Astro, Angular, Bun, Django, Electron, Laravel and HTMX.

daisyUI 5 Installation loads about 967 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 14 tokens; SKILL.md has 247 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
