cozempic-doctorRuns cozempic doctor to check Claude Code configuration and sessions for known problems such as trust-dialog hangs, corrupted tool blocks and zombie teams.
The skill runs one command, `cozempic doctor`, and its name is chosen so it does not shadow Claude Code's built-in /doctor. The checks cover a Windows resume bug where a trust entry in .claude.json causes hangs, a missing hasTrustDialogHooksAccepted flag that makes hooks fail silently in v2.1.51 and later, subagents that do not inherit the team lead's model and trigger 403 errors, and a truncated or invalid .claude.json caused by concurrent write races.
It also looks at session data: tool_use blocks with names over 200 characters and tool_result blocks with no matching tool_use, both causing 400 API errors, sessions large enough to cause compaction issues, plus stale agent team directories, old .bak files and total Claude Code disk usage. Adding --fix to the command repairs the issues it detects automatically. The skill only permits Bash calls to the cozempic command.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit fd41e95. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:
Bash(cozempic *)From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md (its code samples are bash).
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Cozempic Doctor loads about 303 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 45 tokens; SKILL.md has 112 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

obra/superpowers
Investigates a session where Superpowers went wrong, reads the transcripts on disk and produces an evidence-cited report, optionally prepared as a bug report for the maintainers.
uditgoenka/autoresearch
Runs an autonomous modify, verify, keep-or-discard loop against any metric, with subcommands for planning, debugging, fixing, security audits, shipping and more.
iflytek/skillhub
Answers questions about a past agent run from its recording, using causal graphs and replay, instead of reconstructing events from memory.
tanweai/pua
Pushes an agent to exhaust every option, investigate before asking and take initiative beyond the literal request, instead of giving up or waiting passively.
loopx-project/loopx
Diagnoses surprising LoopX behavior, such as stale recommendations or tiny progress, assigns it to the responsible layer and repairs it at the lowest durable level.
SmilyOrg/photofield
Run, test, and debug the photofield server locally. An agent skill from SmilyOrg/photofield.
Ruya-AI/cozempic
Starts a background daemon that watches a Claude Code session's size and prunes it before auto-compaction can discard context or agent-team state.
Ruya-AI/cozempic
Prunes a bloated Claude Code session with the cozempic CLI using a gentle, standard or aggressive prescription, after a dry run and your confirmation.
Ruya-AI/cozempic
Analyze Claude Code session bloat — shows token count, context usage %, and bloat breakdown.
Ruya-AI/cozempic
Prunes a bloated Claude Code session with the cozempic CLI, shows the token savings, and spawns a watcher that reopens the pruned session in a new terminal window.

Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add Ruya-AI/cozempic --skill cozempic-doctor -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/cozempic-doctor, .gemini/skills/cozempic-doctor, .github/skills/cozempic-doctor and .opencode/skills/cozempic-doctor in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Cozempic Doctor is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: The cozempic CLI installed and on the PATH. Its frontmatter pre-approves these tools: Bash(cozempic *).
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Cozempic Doctor is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 303 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 1.2k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
