github-code-reviewReviews GitHub pull requests with a swarm of specialized agents covering security, performance, architecture, style and accessibility, driven by the gh CLI and ruv-swarm.
The skill reads a pull request's files, diff, title and description with the gh CLI and hands them to a review swarm started through ruv-swarm. Instead of one general pass, separate agents get a focus (security, performance, architecture, style and conventions, accessibility) and review in parallel. Custom review agents can be added for other concerns.
Beyond the review itself, the skill describes PR-based swarm management, quality gates and checks, reviews that take project context into account, learning from earlier reviews, and analysis across several pull requests. It also lists integration points: CI/CD, webhook handlers, commands typed in PR comments and automated fixes. The command examples use pull request 123.
5 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit e993605. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
npxghjqFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
Links to these hosts (documentation or services it may open):
github.comcli.github.comFrom URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names these keys or tokens, usually read from environment variables:
GITHUB_TOKENFrom names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
GitHub Swarm Code Review loads about 6.5k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 22 tokens; SKILL.md has 668 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Without a licence we can't republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 668 words (~6,490 tokens).

GitHub Swarm Code Review fits situations like: reviewing a pull request for security, performance and style at the same time; adding automated review checks for pull requests to a CI pipeline; setting up PR comment commands or webhooks that trigger reviews.
Run `npx skills add ruvnet/agentic-flow --skill github-code-review -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/github-code-review in ruvnet/agentic-flow) into .claude/skills/github-code-review in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add ruvnet/agentic-flow --skill github-code-review -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/github-code-review in ruvnet/agentic-flow) into .agents/skills/github-code-review in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add ruvnet/agentic-flow --skill github-code-review -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/github-code-review, .gemini/skills/github-code-review, .github/skills/github-code-review and .opencode/skills/github-code-review in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, GitHub Swarm Code Review needs the command-line tools its instructions call (npx, gh and jq) and credentials named GITHUB_TOKEN. Our summary lists: The GitHub CLI (gh), authenticated for the repository; ruv-swarm, run through npx.
SKILL.md names 2 domains. As links in the text: github.com and cli.github.com. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
No licence was found for GitHub Swarm Code Review or its repository. Without one, default copyright applies: ask the author before reusing or redistributing it.
About 6.5k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 26k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
