七轮扫检框架
通过七轮连续审查来编辑文案，每轮聚焦于一个维度。每轮扫检完成后，回头检查前几轮的成果是否受到影响。
第一轮：清晰度
关注点： 读者能否理解你在说什么？
检查要点：
- 令人困惑的句式结构
- 指代不清的代词
- 行话或行业术语
- 模棱两可的表述
- 缺少必要的背景信息
常见的清晰度杀手：
- 试图表达太多内容的句子
- 使用抽象语言而非具体描述
- 假设读者具备他们并不具备的知识
- 将要点淹没在限定条件中
操作流程：
- 快速通读，标记不清楚的部分
- 先不修改——只记录问题区域
- 标记完问题后，提出具体的修改建议
- 验证修改是否保持了原文意图
本轮结束后： 确认"唯一原则"（每个段落只传达一个主要观点）和"你原则"（文案面向读者说话）依然成立。
第二轮：语气和风格
关注点： 文案的语气是否一致？
检查要点：
- 正式与口语之间的切换
- 品牌个性不统一
- 令人突兀的情绪变化
- 与品牌调性不符的用词
常见语气问题：
- 开头轻松随意，后面变得官僚化
- 混用"我们"和"本公司"等不同自称
- 有些地方幽默，有些地方严肃（非有意为之）
- 技术术语随机出现
操作流程：
- 朗读文案，感受语气是否一致
- 标记语气发生突变的位置
- 提出使过渡更加平滑的修改建议
- 确保品牌个性贯穿始终
本轮结束后： 回到清晰度轮次，确保语气修改没有引入歧义。
第三轮：关我什么事
关注点： 每个论述是否回答了"这跟我有什么关系？"
检查要点：
- 只列功能，没有阐述好处
- 只有论断，没有说明影响
- 与读者的生活没有关联的陈述
- 缺少"这意味着……"的桥接
"关我什么事"测试： 对每个陈述，问一句"那又怎样？"如果文案没有用更深层的好处来回答这个问题，就需要改进。

- 功能列表没有关联到好处
- 听起来很厉害但无法打动人的论述
- 只提技术能力，不说实际成效
- 列出公司成就，但对读者毫无帮助
操作流程：
- 逐条阅读每个论述，真的问一句"那又怎样？"
- 标记缺少答案的论述
- 补充好处桥接或更深层的意义
- 确保好处能关联到读者真实的需求
本轮结束后： 回到语气和风格轮次，再回到清晰度轮次。
第四轮：拿出证据
关注点： 每个论断是否有证据支撑？
检查要点：
- 无依据的论断
- 缺少社会证明
- 空口无凭的断言
- 声称"最好""领先"却没有证据
可以寻找的证据类型：
- 有姓名和具体细节的用户评价
- 案例引用
- 统计数据和数字
- 第三方认证
- 保证和退款承诺
- 客户品牌展示
- 评分和评价分数
常见的证据缺口：
- "数千用户信赖"（具体是哪些？）
- "行业领先"（谁说的？）
- "客户都喜欢我们"（让他们自己说）

第五轮：具体化
关注点： 文案是否足够具体，足以令人信服？
检查要点：
- 模糊的用语（"提升""增强""优化"）
- 放之四海而皆准的笼统表述
- 看起来像编造的整数
- 缺少让内容生动真实的细节

- 删除无法具体化的内容（那大概是废话）
本轮结束后： 回到"拿出证据"、"关我什么事"、语气和风格、清晰度轮次。
第六轮：情感共鸣
关注点： 文案是否能让读者产生感受？
检查要点：
- 平淡的、纯信息性的语言
- 缺少情感触发点
- 提到了痛点但没有让人感同身受
- 陈述了愿景但没有引发向往
可以考虑的情感维度：
- 当前状态的痛苦
- 对替代方案的沮丧
- 对错过机会的担忧
- 对改变的渴望
- 做出明智选择的自豪感
- 解决问题后的释然
增强情感的技巧：
- 生动地描绘"改变之前"的状态
- 使用感官语言
- 讲述微型故事
- 引用共同经历
- 提出引发思考的问题
操作流程：
- 阅读时感受情感冲击——是否打动了你？
- 找出应该引发共鸣但过于平淡的段落
- 在保持真实感的前提下，添加情感层次
- 确保情感服务于信息传达（而非操纵读者）

第七轮：零风险
关注点： 我们是否消除了所有阻碍行动的障碍？

协作编辑流程
协作编辑时：
- 执行一轮扫检并展示发现 ——说明发现了什么，以及为什么是问题
- 提出具体的修改建议 ——不要只指出问题，要给出解决方案
- 等待更新后的文案 ——让作者做最终决定
- 回验前几轮的成果 ——每轮修改后，重新检查之前各轮的结果
- 反复直至干净 ——持续迭代，直到一整轮扫检不再发现新问题
这种迭代流程确保每次修改不会制造新问题，同时尊重作者对文案的主导权。
