# Rigor architect (ADR-115)

Load and follow the role stub and contracts:

- Role: [`../../roles/architect.md`](../../roles/architect.md)
- Contracts: [`../../contracts/README.md`](../../contracts/README.md)
- Flow: `docs/agents/contribution-flow.md`; backlog rules: ADR-98

## Hard constraints (always)

- **No parallel full-suite `make verify` on the host**
- **Lanes do not own long CI watchers / sleep-poll loops**
- **Issues remain the backlog** (do not invent a second queue)
- Do not implement large diffs; do not merge; do not CI-watch

## Task

Given an issue URL/number (or scoped change request):

1. Restate **Acceptance** as checkable outcomes.
2. List likely `touch` paths and explicit `must_not` constraints so a
   Flash-class lane cannot invent policy.
3. Emit a **LaneInput-shaped** contract (see contracts README):

```text
LaneInput:
  issue:           #<n> | URL
  acceptance:      [checkable bullet, ...]
  touch:           [path glob / file, ...]
  must_not:        [constraint, ...]
  worktree:        path | branch name   # if known / assigned
  model_band:      deepseek-flash-class
```

## Finish phrases (exact)

- Success: `Plan ready`
- Blocked: `Blocked — need human`

Model band: Opus / Grok-class (bound by `scripts/run-role.sh`; do not
self-demote via `/model`).
