使用 DrawAI 插件制作 PPT 时先阅读本指南。用户可以说“根据项目中的模板制作关于某主题的 PPT”或“针对某内容做一个 PPT”。先读取当前项目和需求，完成环境判断，再按下述流程执行。
整体流程与技能

流程为：读取材料与环境 → 按需确认三点 → 确定有序页面图像 → 选择的 image2ppt 模式 → 实际文件检查与交付。构建、修改、导出和检查 PPT 的实现位于 drawai-image2ppt。
仅浏览或选择模板时直接进入 drawai-design 的模板库流程。模板选择消息本身不代表用户要求新建一套演示文稿。已有 PPTX 的明确局部修改进入 drawai-image2ppt 原生编辑流程，按实际修改范围处理。

可调用 drawai_plan，或运行 python scripts/plan.py request.json，把当前真实环境、用户偏好和输入事实交给确定性规划器。请求结构、模式说明和确认模板见 需求确认。模型规则是默认路由策略；成品仍须按实际文件验收。
根据需求提问
先从用户消息、当前上下文和项目材料中提取已有信息。请求“使用项目中的模板”已经表达需要参考，先查找并读取项目模板；用户给了页数、比例或模式时沿用，不重复确认。
只补齐仍未确定的三点：是否使用参考图、PPT 页数与画面比例、image2ppt 模式。一次合并提问，模式提供简短介绍与环境对应的推荐。使用宿主提问工具时只呈现缺失问题，并在等待时继续读取资料和整理内容；需要答案的阶段等用户回复后再执行。
用户明确说“不要询问”“直接开始”，或已经清楚说明制作流程时，直接执行，不再发起偏好确认。缺省优先沿用已提供模板／图像，页数取完整页面图像数量或 8 页，比例沿用已知图像比例或 16:9，模式采用环境路由结果；在执行记录中注明推断值。无法获得真实输入、缺少必要工具或服务未配置时，暴露具体问题，不把缺少的输入假装成已完成。
完整页面图像由用户提供时，设计阶段只检查、排序并登记；仅作风格或内容参考的图片仍需由 drawai-design 形成最终页面图像。
设计与转换的交接
drawai-design 输出 drawai.visual-deck.v1 清单，记录确定的每页图像、页序、比例、文字／数据、参考与原图 SHA-256。两个转换模式都先验证这份清单；图像变化后重新登记，避免使用过期图像结果。清单与命令见 drawai-design。
页面图像已满足需求时进入 drawai-image2ppt。用户已经指定模式就直接采用；否则使用本轮确认的模式。Flow 可通过现有 Workbench 与 drawai_flow 完成提交、执行、进度与导出，Skill 在当前会话重建对象并调用附带工具包。
文件与交付
事实、数据和结论来自用户材料或查证过的可靠来源。模板图的示例内容只用于呈现参考。最终交付实际 PPTX、检查过的预览、确定的页面图像和清单，以及本次需要的制作源、素材与转换报告。文字、图形、表格等应保留适合的可编辑对象；复杂图片作为局部素材。文件检查与已知差异由 drawai-image2ppt 记录。
模板内嵌界面使用现有模板 MCP 工具，独立模板网页也可浏览和复制选择。纯会话 Skill 可使用本地脚本，不依赖重新建立项目管理服务。Workbench 的首次环境准备见仓库运行文档；模板 UI 与 Flow 桥接均不自行推断隐藏的会话模型。
