reflyBase skill for the Refly ecosystem: finds, runs and monitors workflow-backed skills through the refly command line, with the actual work done on the Refly backend.
Refly creates, discovers and runs domain skills that are bound to workflows, and it hands execution to the Refly backend instead of doing the work locally. Everything goes through the `refly` command line. The agent is told to trust only the CLI's JSON output, never invent workflow, run or node IDs, never print or request auth tokens, and to stop and show the hint when a call reports an error.
The command table covers `refly status`, `refly login`, listing marketplace skills and your installed ones, `refly skill run` with an installation ID and JSON input, watching a run with `--watch` (polling every 5000 ms by default), reading run details and tool calls, and downloading result files. Execution follows a pattern by output type: image, video and audio skills are run, awaited, downloaded and opened; search and report skills return text; email and messaging skills return a status to confirm. The excerpt ends inside the first pattern.

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Refly Skill Runner loads about 1.7k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 110 tokens; SKILL.md has 448 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 448 words (~1,655 tokens).

Refly Skill Runner fits situations like: running an installed Refly skill and collecting its output files; checking the progress or result of a Refly workflow run; listing the skills available in the Refly marketplace.
Run `npx skills add refly-ai/refly --skill refly -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (packages/cli/skill in refly-ai/refly) into .claude/skills/refly in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add refly-ai/refly --skill refly -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (packages/cli/skill in refly-ai/refly) into .agents/skills/refly in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add refly-ai/refly --skill refly -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/refly, .gemini/skills/refly, .github/skills/refly and .opencode/skills/refly in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Refly Skill Runner needs the command-line tools its instructions call (jq). Our summary lists: The @refly/cli package installed and authenticated.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Refly Skill Runner has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 1.7k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 6.6k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
