What it does

Blueprint Adopt Survey is an agent skill from receptron/mulmoterminal. Measure what chaff reports on the named documents today, as the kind the person chose, and propose the setup — changing nothing yet.

Its SKILL.md is about 410 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.

It sits in Agent Workflows. The repository describes itself as: Run multiple Claude Code and Codex sessions in parallel — a browser terminal grid that shows which agent needs you. Local, tmux-backed, MIT. The licence is MIT.

When your agent uses it

  • Agent Workflows work in your project

Example prompts

  • “/blueprint-adopt-survey”

What it can do on your machine

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit b3f6ff0. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.

  • Tool permissions

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.

  • Runs code

    Shell commands in SKILL.md call:

    • sh
    • node

From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

  • Network

    No URLs in SKILL.md.

From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.

  • Credentials

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.

Context cost

Blueprint Adopt Survey loads about 414 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 39 tokens; SKILL.md has 210 words of instructions outside code blocks.

Always · name and description, kept in context so the agent knows when to use it
~39
When it runs · the whole SKILL.md, loaded when a task matches
~414

Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.

Safety

Auto-check passed

The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.

Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

description
Measure what chaff reports on the named documents today, as the kind the person chose, and propose the setup — changing nothing yet.

Measure what is there today

.blueprint/answers.json names the places chaff will watch (places, a folder or a file a line), what kind of documents they are (kind) and whether a GitHub workflow is wanted (ci). The person may not be an engineer: say what you do in plain words.

Change nothing in the repository: this step only measures. The person approves the setup before anything is written.

Measure

The kind maps to a genre in <usecase pack>/kinds.json. For each place, run sh <base pack>/checks/chaff.sh <place> --genre <genre> --compact and count the warnings and errors, by rule. Read a few of them: a rule that reports mostly what the documents do on purpose may be worth turning down in chaff.yaml rather than shelving — say which, and why, for the person to decide at the gate.

Write .blueprint/adopt.json

json
{ "genre": "docs/manual", "findings": 2, "proposal": "chaff.yaml に genre と language を書き、今の 2 件を棚に上げる。" }

findings is the number of warnings and errors chaff reports on all the places together, as that genre, now; the check measures it again. If the folder already has a chaff.yaml or a .chaff-baseline.json, say so in proposal: the next step keeps what they hold.

Done when

node <usecase pack>/checks/adopt.mjs survey (with BLUEPRINT_BASE and BLUEPRINT_USECASE set to the pack folders from your prompt) passes. It writes .blueprint/adopt.txt, what the person reads before anything changes.
