At a glance

Builds the result.json file for a Nucleus V2 workflow run from its context, gates, blockers and step status, and exits non-zero when the run is blocked.

  • A Nucleus workflow step needs its result package written
  • SKILL.md covers 子命令, 输入, 输出 and 边界
  • Runs Python scripts from its folder; calls python3
  • Turning gate reports and blockers into a schema-valid result

What it does

The SKILL.md is in Chinese. A bundled script, result_package_build.py with a build subcommand, takes a schema-valid context, the current step and target status, plus optional gate and blocker reports and an optional session binding report, and writes one file in the run's folder under .nucleus/runs that conforms to the Nucleus.result.v1 schema. It runs no workflow runner, makes no commit or push, and writes nothing back to the PMS.

The final status is derived by the builder from blockers and blocking gates, and fields such as status, summary or next actions in the reports are not merged in. For a session binding report only the sessionBinding field is copied, with a session-binding gate and blockers appended. The command exits non-zero for a FAILED_BLOCKED status or any blockers so the host can block. Boundaries: the output path is fixed, the .nucleus and run directories may not be symlinks that escape, the root harness is not imported, and docs/requirement is never written.

When your agent uses it

  • A Nucleus workflow step needs its result package written
  • Turning gate reports and blockers into a schema-valid result
  • Making a host stop when a workflow run is blocked

Example prompts

  • “Build the result package for the current Nucleus run using the context file and the gate report.”
  • “Generate result.json for the blocked step and show the blockers it recorded.”

Requirements

  • Python 3
  • A schema-valid Nucleus context file

What it can do on your machine

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 3c82085. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.

  • Tool permissions

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.

  • Runs code

Ships 1 file in scripts/ (Python), which the agent can run.

    Shell commands in SKILL.md call:

    • python3

From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

  • Network

    No URLs in SKILL.md.

From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.

  • Credentials

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.

Context cost

Nucleus Result Package Builder loads about 414 tokens when it runs, and up to ~634 if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 53 tokens; SKILL.md has 92 words of instructions outside code blocks.

Always · name and description, kept in context so the agent knows when to use it
~53
When it runs · the whole SKILL.md, loaded when a task matches
~414
With references · SKILL.md plus every file in references/, read only if the agent opens them
~634

Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.

Safety

Auto-check passed

The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.

Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.

description
Nucleus V2 baseline result package builder. Use when a workflow needs to build schema-valid .nucleus/runs/<workflowRunId>/result.json from context, gates, blockers, and current step status.

Result Package Build

本 Skill 负责 Nucleus V2 baseline 的 result package 构建。它只生成 .nucleus/runs/<workflowRunId>/result.json,不执行 workflow runner、不提交、不推送、不回写 PMS。

子命令

bash
python3 skills/result-package-build/scripts/result_package_build.py build \
  --repo-root <target-repo> \
  --context <target-repo>/.nucleus/context/<workflowRunId>.json \
  --status FAILED_BLOCKED \
  --current-step context-validation \
  --gate-report <target-repo>/.nucleus/runs/<workflowRunId>/context-validation-gate.json \
  --blocker-json <target-repo>/.nucleus/runs/<workflowRunId>/blockers.json \
  --session-binding-report <target-repo>/.nucleus/runs/<workflowRunId>/session-binding/session-binding-report.json

输入

  • schema-valid context。

  • 固定写 .nucleus/runs/<workflowRunId>/result.json。
  • 输出必须符合 Nucleus.result.v1。

  • 不写 docs/requirement/**,不生成 PMS 状态结论。
