morphe-cli-referenceMorphe CLI v1.17.0 (morphe-desktop) complete command reference — patch, list-patches, list-versions, options-create, utility install/uninstall.
Morphe CLI Reference is an agent skill from Paresh-Maheshwari/morphe-ai. Morphe CLI v1.17.0 (morphe-desktop) complete command reference — patch, list-patches, list-versions, options-create, utility install/uninstall. Use when running CLI commands, testing patches, or troubleshooting CLI usage.
Its SKILL.md is about 2.9k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It sits in Mobile. The repository describes itself as: Morphe's AI-powered Android APK patching workspace — multi-agent pipeline for APK analysis, target hunting, patch writing & deployment. The licence is GPL-3.0.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 2d7fde2. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
javaFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
Hosts in commands or code, which the agent is likely to contact:
github.comgitlab.comFrom URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Morphe CLI Reference loads about 2.9k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 61 tokens; SKILL.md has 820 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from Paresh-Maheshwari/morphe-ai at commit 2d7fde2, republished under its GPL-3.0 licence (© Paresh-Maheshwari). 820 words, ~2,900 tokens.
.claude/skills/morphe-cli-reference/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder). When to use: User wants to run CLI commands — patching, listing, installing, testing. Always resolve MPP path from
gradle.propertiesversion first. Output patched APKs toanalysis/<app>/builds/. Use-ffor split APK base.apk or bundle files.
morphe-cli.jar (symlink at project root, run ./setup-cli.sh to download)MorpheApp/morphe-desktopmorphe-data/ beside the real jar; writable MORPHE_DATA_DIR wins,
with the documented home/XDG fallback when jar-adjacent storage is unavailable.
Downloaded bundles are under patches/; logs, scratch files, and default morphe.keystore
live in the same root.gradle.properties version (see below)The CLI signs by default with the resolved data-root morphe.keystore; no extra flag is needed.
That key is stable for desktop runs but is not automatically the same key stored on a phone.
Export/import the key or use the same custom --keystore when Desktop and Manager must share a
signing identity.
Custom BKS, PKCS12, and JKS inputs are byte-sniffed. PKCS12/JKS are converted to a separate BKS working copy; the source is never modified.
# Stable desktop default key
java -jar morphe-cli.jar patch -p patches.mpp -o out.apk input.apk
# Explicit shared/custom key
java -jar morphe-cli.jar patch -p patches.mpp \
--keystore my.keystore --keystore-password secret \
-o out.apk input.apkThe CLI auto-detects and merges complete split containers:
| Format | Extension |
|---|---|
| Standard complete APK | .apk |
| XAPK container | .xapk |
| APKM container | .apkm |
| APKS container | .apks |
Pass the complete container when one exists. An extracted base APK is useful for analysis but cannot supply omitted split resources, code, or native libraries.
Always use this pattern to get the exact MPP file:
PATCHES_DIR="${MORPHE_PATCHES_DIR:-morphe-patches}"
VER=$(grep "^version" "${PATCHES_DIR}/gradle.properties" | cut -d= -f2 | tr -d ' ')

Morphe CLI v1.17.0 (morphe-desktop) complete command reference — patch, list-patches, list-versions, options-create, utility install/uninstall. Morphe CLI Reference is an agent skill from Paresh-Maheshwari/morphe-ai.0 (morphe-desktop) complete command reference — patch, list-patches, list-versions, options-create, utility install/uninstall.
Morphe CLI Reference fits situations like: running CLI commands; testing patches; troubleshooting CLI usage.
Run `npx skills add Paresh-Maheshwari/morphe-ai --skill morphe-cli-reference -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (.kiro/skills/cli-reference in Paresh-Maheshwari/morphe-ai) into .claude/skills/morphe-cli-reference in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add Paresh-Maheshwari/morphe-ai --skill morphe-cli-reference -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (.kiro/skills/cli-reference in Paresh-Maheshwari/morphe-ai) into .agents/skills/morphe-cli-reference in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add Paresh-Maheshwari/morphe-ai --skill morphe-cli-reference -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/morphe-cli-reference, .gemini/skills/morphe-cli-reference, .github/skills/morphe-cli-reference and .opencode/skills/morphe-cli-reference in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Morphe CLI Reference needs the command-line tools its instructions call (java).
SKILL.md names 2 domains. In commands or code: github.com and gitlab.com; the agent is likely to contact these when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Morphe CLI Reference is published under the GPL-3.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 2.9k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 12k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
Skills that share tags, products or a category with Morphe CLI Reference: React Native Best Practices (vercel-labs/openreview, 1.7k stars), Swiftui Pro (twostraws/SwiftUI-Agent-Skill, 5.1k stars), Kortix Brand (kortix-ai/suna, 20k stars) and Ip As Logo (KartikLabhshetwar/better-shot, 2.4k stars).
