What it does
The skill limits the agent to a fixed list of free Chinese official resources and tells it to drop any source that asks for registration, login, a captcha, an API key, OAuth, a paywall or that carries cryptocurrency data. The workflow starts by pinning down the industry, company, region, period, metric definition and type of evidence needed. Conclusions keep the source URL, metric definition and time range, and the agent must not bypass captchas, protection pages or login walls, or collect sensitive personal information.
Announcements, annual reports, quarterly reports and inquiry letters for A-share companies go through `scripts/free_market_api.py`, which uses only the Python standard library. Its `cninfo-announcements` command takes a keyword, a date range and a page size and returns JSON that includes PDF links to the original filings. Everything else is browsed with browser-use: the national statistics bureau, central bank statistics, foreign exchange regulator, commerce ministry data, government procurement and bidding platforms, credit and court enforcement sites, stock exchanges, the securities regulator and the intellectual property office. The instructions are written in Chinese.

- 国家统计局国家数据只通过页面、下载和公开文件使用，不调用未说明的非公开接口。
- 中国政府采购网数据接口规范需要数字签名，对普通搜索任务不要当作免 key API。
- NMPA UDI 接口对接需要授权码，只能使用页面查询和公开下载。
- 若 browser-use 打开后是空白页、防护页、被拦截或要求验证，直接换用其它官方来源，不要重试绕过。
