Drawing a swimlane diagram of an expense reimbursement or approval process
SKILL.md covers 适用场景, 核心功能, 工作流程 and 快速开始, plus 7 more sections
Runs Python scripts from its folder
What it does
This skill converts a plain-language description of a business process, such as reimbursement, approval, procurement or fund flow, into a swimlane flowchart. The agent pulls departments or roles out of the description as lanes, turns the steps into process, decision and start or end nodes, and labels each branch of a decision, for example yes or no. Documents or vouchers produced at a step can be noted on the node. The SKILL.md itself is written in Chinese.
A bundled Python engine (builder, renderer, style manager and validator) generates the .drawio file, which is always produced, and can export PNG (scale 2.0 recommended), SVG and VSDX. Without a choice from you, it delivers .drawio and .png. VSDX export needs draw.io v26.0.16 or older, so the skill checks the installed version and, after asking you, can install that release. A built-in internal control theme and custom JSON themes are included.
When your agent uses it
Drawing a swimlane diagram of an expense reimbursement or approval process
Documenting purchase or fund flow steps for an internal control review
Turning a written SOP into an editable draw.io diagram
Example prompts
“Draw a swimlane flowchart for our expense reimbursement: employee, finance team, general manager.”
“Turn this purchase approval process into a .drawio file and a PNG.”
“Visualize our payment approval flow and export it as VSDX for Visio.”
Requirements
Python for the bundled engine
draw.io for rendering exports (v26.0.16 or older for VSDX)
Workflow steps
5 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 6468211. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Tool permissions
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Runs code
Ships 1 file in scripts/ (Python), which the agent can run.

Context cost
Audit Swimlane Flowchart Generator loads about 2.1k tokens when it runs, and up to ~3.3k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 48 tokens; SKILL.md has 298 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Always· name and description, kept in context so the agent knows when to use it
~48
When it runs· the whole SKILL.md, loaded when a task matches
~2.1k
With references· SKILL.md plus every file in references/, read only if the agent opens them
~3.3k
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
Safety
Auto-check passed
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Download SKILL.mdSave it as .claude/skills/flowchart-generator/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder). This skill also uses 12 other files; get the full folder from GitHub.
