moox-auditIntegrates moox/audit activity logging into Moox consumer packages (config, ServiceProvider, Filament, hooks, tests).
Moox Audit is an agent skill from mooxphp/moox. Integrates moox/audit activity logging into Moox consumer packages (config, ServiceProvider, Filament, hooks, tests). Use when the user says moox/audit, moox-audit, protokolieren, auditieren, activity log, or names a package to audit (e.g. moox/tag, tag package).
Its SKILL.md is about 1.1k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. The skill folder holds 2 other files (for example `decisions.md` and `integration.md`).
It sits in Backend & APIs, covering Backend development. It works with Laravel, Tailwind CSS and PHP. The repository describes itself as: The Moox Project - Packages for Filament and Laravel. The licence is MIT.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 7dcda8c. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
phpcomposerFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Moox Audit loads about 1.1k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 69 tokens; SKILL.md has 295 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from mooxphp/moox at commit 7dcda8c, republished under its MIT licence (© mooxphp). 295 words, ~1,105 tokens.
.claude/skills/moox-audit/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder). This skill also uses 2 other files; get the full folder from GitHub.Config-driven activity logging via moox/audit. Consumer packages declare an audit block in package config and register it in the ServiceProvider. No model traits and no Eloquent changes on models for standard CRUD tracking.
Canonical package docs: packages/audit/README.md
Gold-standard consumer: packages/category (config/category.php, CategoryServiceProvider).
| User intent | Action |
|---|---|
| "Nutze skill moox/audit und protokolieren moox/tag" | Follow integration.md for packages/tag |
| "Audit für {package}" / "protokolieren {package}" | Same workflow for packages/{package} |
| Install audit in an app | composer require moox/audit + php artisan mooxaudit:install (see package README) |
| App-only model tracking | Published config/audit.php models section (no package registry) |
| Custom lifecycle event | Hook or MooxActivityLogger::log() — see decisions.md |
Copy and track:
- [ ] 1. Inspect target package (models, translations, resource, delete side-effects)
- [ ] 2. Add `audit` block to `packages/{pkg}/config/{pkg}.php`
- [ ] 3. Register in `{Pkg}ServiceProvider::packageBooted()` via AuditPackageRegistry
- [ ] 4. Wire Activity tab: `use InteractsWithAuditResourceRelations` on the Resource (or merge `AuditResourceRelationRegistry` in `getRelations()`)
- [ ] 5. Decide hooks (pivot detach on delete?) — decisions.md
- [ ] 6. Add/adjust Pest tests when behavior is new or non-trivial
- [ ] 7. Run package tests + `composer lint` / `composer analyse` if touched from monorepo rootDo not add moox/audit to the consumer package's composer.json require. Use class_exists(AuditPackageRegistry::class) so the package works without audit installed.
use Moox\Audit\Support\AuditPackageRegistry;
// in packageBooted():
if (
class_exists(AuditPackageRegistry::class)
&& config('audit.enabled', true)
&& config('{package_key}.audit.enabled', true)
) {
AuditPackageRegistry::register('{package_key}', config('{package_key}.audit', []));
}{package_key} matches the config file name (category, tag, …).
Three sections under {package}.audit:
| Section | Purpose |
|---|---|
models | Per-model tracking; empty Model::class => [] uses package defaults |
hooks | Custom events (e.g. pivot detach on deleting) |
filament | Activity tab on resources; empty Resource::class => [] derives owner_model |
Presets (draft_main, draft_translation) live in config/audit.php. See decisions.md for attribute selection and hooks.
AuditBootstrap only registers ActivitiesRelationManager in AuditResourceRelationRegistry. The Resource must pull it in:
use Moox\Core\Traits\InteractsWithAuditResourceRelations;
class ExampleResource extends BaseResource
{
use InteractsWithAuditResourceRelations;
}If the Resource already overrides getRelations(), merge the registry there (do not leave an empty override — it blocks the trait). Prefer the core trait over the audit-package trait so consumers stay class_exists-safe without requiring moox/audit in Composer.
Hide the tab without stopping logging: {Resource}::class => ['enabled' => false] under audit.filament (package or app config). Global/package audit.enabled turns logging and tabs off together.
After integrating audit into a consumer package, add tests when you introduce hooks or non-default config. Run:
php vendor/bin/pest --configuration=packages/{pkg}/phpunit.xml packages/{pkg}/testsAudit package tests (reference):

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Moox Audit needs the command-line tools its instructions call (php and composer).
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Moox Audit is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 1.1k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 4.4k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
