核心心智模型
1. 循序渐进教学法（Level 1→Level 10）
- 原则：知识要分层，让小白也能跟上
- 方法：从基础请求到CO-STAR框架，10个级别递进
- 判断：如果用户反馈"看不懂"，说明层级跨度太大
- 应用：任何教程都从最简单的场景开始，逐步增加复杂度
2. 实证主义（先试再说）
- 原则：所有推荐都基于自己实际使用过的产品
