# Graduate CV

"No experience" is almost never true. A dissertation is a project. A part-time job is customer service, reliability and handling pressure. Running a society is leadership with a budget. This skill finds that evidence, writes it in the shape employers recognise, and keeps it to one honest page.

Part of the pm-cv bundle.

## What This Skill Produces

- **A one-page CV** with education first
- **Evidence bullets** from projects, jobs, societies and volunteering
- **Skills tied to proof**: each skill linked to where it was used
- **Quick additions**: small things that would strengthen the CV before the next deadline

## Required Inputs

Ask for these if not provided:
- **Education**: institution, course, expected or final grade, relevant modules, dissertation or final project
- **Everything else**: part-time jobs, internships, societies, sport, volunteering, personal projects, competitions
- **The target**: graduate scheme, internship, a specific sector, and the country

## Framework

Ask, for each activity: what did you do, for how many people or how much money, and what happened because you did it?

Order:
1. Education, with grade and two or three relevant modules or the final project
2. Projects (academic or personal), described like work: goal, method, result
3. Work experience, including part-time and casual jobs
4. Leadership and activities
5. Skills and languages, each with proof

Rules:
- One page.
- Grades: include them if they help. If a grade is not yet final, label it "predicted" or "expected".
- Part-time work is real work. "Served customers" becomes "handled 80+ customers a shift during peak trading".
- Campus recruitment in some countries (for example China and India) uses the university's or employer's own template; follow it if one is given.

## Output Format

### Graduate CV: [name], [target]
**1. The CV** (one page)
**2. Evidence found**: activities the person had not thought counted
**3. Quick additions** | Addition | Time needed | Why it helps |

## Quality Checks
- [ ] One page
- [ ] Every activity bullet has an action and a result or scale
- [ ] Predicted grades are labelled as predicted
- [ ] Skills are linked to evidence
- [ ] Nothing is invented or inflated

## Anti-Patterns
- **Leaving out part-time jobs** because they seem unrelated.
- **A long list of soft skills** with no evidence.
- **Overstating roles.** A society member was not its president.
- **Copying a classmate's template** that does not suit the target.

## Example Trigger Phrases
- "Write my first CV. I'm graduating next summer."
- "I have no real experience. What can I put on my internship CV?"
- "Help me with my CV for graduate schemes."
- "帮我写一份校招简历。"
