- 照片计数不一致、缺少封面和失效封面属于可安全修复的结构问题。先展示 repair_id、修复前后值和推荐封面；只有用户表达修复意图后，才调用 propose_album_repairs。用户可在计划卡片中取消部分修复项，确认后才执行，并可撤销。
- 空普通相册可与完全重复照片一起生成安全清理计划。必须让用户逐项选择并在确认框输入“清理”；Agent 不得代替确认。执行后可在计划卡片撤销，但若照片已从回收站永久清除则会安全拒绝撤销。
- 结尾明确区分“已诊断”“已生成计划”“等待用户确认”“已执行”四种状态。生成计划不等于修复完成，并重复说明原始照片没有被改写。
