difyctlBase skill for the difyctl CLI: discover a Dify server's operations through help output and run them as commands, always with JSON output.
difyctl talks to a Dify server, and its business commands are not built in. The server publishes a catalog of operations and each one becomes a command found at run time, so IDs such as `run.console_app.chat`, typed as `difyctl run console_app chat`, must be looked up rather than assumed. The agent always passes `--json`, or sets `DIFY_OUTPUT=json`, so help text and errors come back as JSON. Four views under `help` cover the map, one namespace, a search by plain words that returns the top 20 entries plus a total, and a single descriptor with its input schema, examples and pinned values such as `workspace_id`.
Running an operation turns each top-level input field into a flag, with dashes for underscores. Scalars take a value, objects and lists of objects take a JSON literal or `@file.json`, and lists of scalars repeat the flag. The whole body can be sent with `--input` as inline JSON, a file or stdin, and field flags merge over it. `--all` adds operations the server marks internal. When you are not logged in or the server is unreachable, only the local commands appear, with a note on stderr.
4 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit cecdb28. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names these keys or tokens, usually read from environment variables:
DIFY_TOKENFrom names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Dify Command Line with difyctl loads about 1.4k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 47 tokens; SKILL.md has 789 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 789 words (~1,395 tokens).

Dify Command Line with difyctl fits situations like: running a Dify workflow or chat app from the command line; finding which operations a Dify server exposes; scripting Dify operations with JSON input from a file or stdin.
Run `npx skills add langgenius/dify --skill difyctl -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/difyctl in langgenius/dify) into .claude/skills/difyctl in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add langgenius/dify --skill difyctl -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/difyctl in langgenius/dify) into .agents/skills/difyctl in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add langgenius/dify --skill difyctl -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/difyctl, .gemini/skills/difyctl, .github/skills/difyctl and .opencode/skills/difyctl in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Dify Command Line with difyctl needs credentials named DIFY_TOKEN. Our summary lists: The `difyctl` CLI; A reachable Dify server and a logged-in session.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Dify Command Line with difyctl has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 1.4k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 5.6k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
