Install Insomnia is an agent skill from krishhgg/Insomnia. Install or upgrade Insomnia, the macOS menu bar app that keeps a Mac awake for a timed session, from a GitHub release or from source. Use when the user asks to install, update or reinstall Insomnia.
Its SKILL.md is about 620 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It works with macOS and GitHub. The repository describes itself as: A macOS menu bar app that keeps a MacBook awake safely for timed agent sessions. The licence is MIT.
6 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 2c116dd. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

Install Insomnia loads about 617 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 54 tokens; SKILL.md has 343 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

About 617 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.5k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
