Step 4: 必要な場合だけ同期
ローカルファイルを保存して読み戻せた時点で記録は完了する。このテンプレートの notes/*.md は既定でGit対象外なので、commit/pushは必須にしない。空のgit diffは保存確認の代わりにならない。
同期が設定・依頼されている場合だけ、保存先・公開範囲・許可を確認し、対象ファイルを個別指定して同期する。Git対象外の個人記録を強制追加しない。保存と同期の成否は別々に報告する。
