- 弱者面对强者时，如果按强者的规则竞争（比资源、比规模、比品牌），必然失败——因为这是强者的主场。

应用1：游击战"做眼"策略 — 根据地的围棋思维 (c16)
- 问题：日军占领大片中国领土，正规军正面战场失利，共产党力量弱小且分散。
- 方法使用：毛泽东把游击战从战术升维为战略——每个游击根据地就是一颗"做眼"的棋子，单个看很小很弱，但多个根据地在敌后互为犄角，形成对敌人的反包围。
- 结论：游击战不再是正规战的辅助，而是具有独立战略价值的作战形式。"巩固地向前发展"——不能只扩张不巩固，也不能只巩固不扩张。
- 结果：敌后抗日根据地从零发展到最后控制一亿人口区域，成为抗战胜利的决定性力量之一。
A2 — 触发场景 (Future Trigger)
- 巨头入场、被挤压感强烈：行业头部品牌进入你的细分市场，用户开始流失。用户会说："大公司来了我们怎么办""他们什么都比我们强"。
- 资源劣势、处处被动：融资不如对手、团队规模不如对手、品牌知名度不如对手，每次竞争都输。用户会说："我们拼不过他们的资源""每次跟进都被碾压"。
- 被复制、被跟随：你的创新被大公司快速复制且投入十倍资源推广。用户会说："我们的功能他们全抄了，而且做得更快更便宜"。
- 行业规则由强者制定：竞争维度（价格、渠道、品牌）都是大公司的优势领域，你无法在这些维度上胜出。用户会说："规则是他们定的，我们怎么玩都输"。
语言信号：用户提到"打不过""资源不够""巨头""碾压""没法正面竞争""我们太小了"等词汇时，应优先激活此skill。

- 完成标准：至少找到3个对手无法轻易复制的非对称优势点。
步骤2：设计不对称竞争范式
- 基于步骤1的非对称优势，重新定义竞争规则——不按对手的规则打，而是创造对手不擅长的新维度。
- 找到"巨头兵力不足的真空地带"（对手覆盖不到的长尾需求、不屑于做的脏活累活、决策链条太长无法快速响应的机会）。
- 判停点：如果设计出的竞争方式仍然是"在对手擅长的维度上做得更好"，说明没有真正升维——回到步骤1重新审视。
步骤3：构建配套体系并设定过渡条件
- 建立你的"根据地"（基本盘客户群/核心能力），确保游击战有后方支撑。
- 设定从游击战向正规战过渡的条件和信号（如：在细分市场占有率达到X%时，可以开始正面竞争）。
- 完成标准：产出一句话战略声明："我们选择在___维度上竞争（对手不擅长的），因为我们的___优势在这个维度上是结构性的。当___条件满足时，我们将过渡到___。"
B — 边界 (Boundary)
不要使用的场景
- 双方实力相当或我方占优时：不对称战略是弱者的选择，如果已有优势就该用集中优势兵力正面打，而不是"游击"。
- 无法找到结构性非对称优势时：如果你的"弱"纯粹是全方位弱，没有强于对手的任何维度，不对称战略只是自我安慰——先回到基本面建设能力。
- 行业格局已定、窗口关闭时：如果市场已经被几个巨头瓜分完毕且护城河深厚，不对称战略的空间极小。
失败模式（来自反例）
- "正规化"陷阱(ce22)：为了追求"看起来专业"而抛弃经过验证的游击式打法，模仿大公司的竞争方式。1931-1934年的"正规化"把有效的游击战法全部抛弃，结果丧失全部根据地。
- 关门主义(ce14)：以"保持独立"为由拒绝一切合作，把潜在盟友推向对手。"为渊驱鱼，为丛驱雀"——本可为我所用的力量亲手送给对手。
- 盲动主义(ce10)：把不对称战略理解为"大干快上"，不做扎实的基础工作就冒进。游击战不是不要根据地，恰恰相反，它更需要稳固的后方。

- 毛泽东强调游击战的战略价值，但对游击战向正规战过渡的具体条件和时机论述不够充分。商业启示：不仅要会打游击，还要想清楚什么时候、怎样"毕业"进入正面竞争。
