What it does

Workhuman Debug Bundle is an agent skill from jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace. Assemble a privacy-safe Workhuman support bundle with contract, configuration, timeline, and correlation evidence. Use when escalating a tenant or managed-integration issue. Trigger with "build a Workhuman debug bundle".

Its SKILL.md is about 1k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts. Compatibility notes: Designed for Claude Code; collection and disclosure must follow customer privacy, retention, legal, security, and Workhuman support rules

The repository describes itself as: Model-agnostic agent-skills platform with a harness-free canonical layer, verified adapters, and the ccpi package manager. Explore at tonsofskills.com. The licence is MIT.

When your agent uses it

  • Escalating a tenant
  • Managed-integration issue
  • With build a Workhuman debug bundle

Example prompts

  • “build a Workhuman debug bundle”
  • “/workhuman-debug-bundle”

Requirements

  • Compatibility (from SKILL.md): Designed for Claude Code; collection and disclosure must follow customer privacy, retention, legal, security, and Workhuman support rules
  • Pre-approved tools (allowed-tools): Read, Glob, Grep, WebFetch, Write, Edit

Workflow steps

8 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.

  1. Define the diagnostic question, audience, time window, allowed data classes, retention, and deletion owner.
  2. Inventory candidate logs, configuration, contract fingerprints, deployment history, connector runs, reports, and safe correlation fields.
  3. Exclude names, recognition messages, employment details, balances, addresses, financial data, secrets, raw payloads, and unrelated tenants.
  4. Create a UTC timeline containing expected behavior, actual behavior, last success, first failure, changes, retries, and partial effects.
  5. Include secretless topology, environment and version identifiers, schema digests, counts, sanitized statuses, and synthetic reproduction…
  6. Run pattern and manual redaction review; record excluded classes and the reviewer.
  7. Package a manifest with hashes, purpose, audience, expiry, and approved transfer channel.
  8. Obtain disclosure approval before sending and record receipt and deletion expectations.

What it can do on your machine

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit cfae287. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.

  • Tool permissions

Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:

    • Read
    • Glob
    • Grep
    • WebFetch
    • Write
    • Edit

From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.

  • Runs code

No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.

From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

  • Network

Links to these hosts (documentation or services it may open):

    • workhuman.com

From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.

  • Credentials

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.

  • Compatibility

Designed for Claude Code; collection and disclosure must follow customer privacy, retention, legal, security, and Workhuman support rules

From compatibility in the SKILL.md frontmatter.

Context cost

Workhuman Debug Bundle loads about 1k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 61 tokens; SKILL.md has 404 words of instructions outside code blocks.

Always · name and description, kept in context so the agent knows when to use it
~61
When it runs · the whole SKILL.md, loaded when a task matches
~1k

Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.

Safety

Auto-check passed

The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.

Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Privacy-Safe Workhuman Support Bundle

Overview

Create the minimum reproducible evidence package needed by customer teams or Workhuman support without exposing workforce data, messages, awards, balances, or credentials.

Prerequisites

  • Incident identifier, bounded time window, tenant and environment, symptom, severity, and support owner
  • Customer classification, retention, disclosure, and legal requirements
  • Current contract or connector documentation and an approved sharing channel

Tool Discipline

Use Read, Glob, and Grep for local evidence discovery, WebFetch to verify current vendor context, and Write or Edit only inside an access-controlled redacted bundle.

Current Contract

Workhuman processes workforce, recognition, reward, and integration data and publishes privacy and security commitments. Support evidence must follow the customer's agreement and support process; public pages do not authorize unrestricted log or payload sharing.

Authentication

Do not collect credentials, authorization headers, session cookies, client secrets, signed URLs, or reusable tokens. Hash or truncate identifiers only when the receiving owner confirms that they remain useful.

Instructions

  1. Define the diagnostic question, audience, time window, allowed data classes, retention, and deletion owner.
  2. Inventory candidate logs, configuration, contract fingerprints, deployment history, connector runs, reports, and safe correlation fields.
  3. Exclude names, recognition messages, employment details, balances, addresses, financial data, secrets, raw payloads, and unrelated tenants.
  4. Create a UTC timeline containing expected behavior, actual behavior, last success, first failure, changes, retries, and partial effects.
  5. Include secretless topology, environment and version identifiers, schema digests, counts, sanitized statuses, and synthetic reproduction steps.
  6. Run pattern and manual redaction review; record excluded classes and the reviewer.
  7. Package a manifest with hashes, purpose, audience, expiry, and approved transfer channel.
  8. Obtain disclosure approval before sending and record receipt and deletion expectations.

Approval Boundaries

Do not query extra personal data, widen the incident window, decrypt archives, or send the bundle outside approved channels without privacy and support-owner approval.

Output

Return the redacted timeline, safe configuration and topology, reproduction, schema and correlation evidence, manifest hashes, redaction proof, approvers, expiry, and transfer receipt.

Error Handling

ConditionResponse
Necessary evidence is personal dataMinimize or tokenize it and obtain explicit disclosure authorization.
Bundle cannot reproduce the issueState the limitation and request one narrowly defined additional artifact.
Secret scan finds a credentialQuarantine the bundle, rotate if exposed, redact, and rescan.

Example

A redacted completion receipt might look like this:

text
incident=WH-42; window=15m; records=redacted-counts-only; secrets=0; manifest=sha256:...; approved=privacy+support; expires=7d

Resources

Next Steps

Track the vendor response against the manifest and delete the bundle at the approved expiry.
