persona-hello-worldCreate and inspect one replay-safe Persona sandbox inquiry without implying a completed verification.
Persona Hello World is an agent skill from jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace. Create and inspect one replay-safe Persona sandbox inquiry without implying a completed verification. Use when proving a new integration path. Trigger with: "test Persona inquiry", "Persona hello world", "smoke test Persona sandbox".
Its SKILL.md is about 1.2k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. The skill folder holds 2 other files, including reference files (for example `references/official-docs.md`). Compatibility notes: Requires an authorized Persona environment, current first-party documentation, a reviewed dated API version, and privacy-safe operational evidence.
It sits in Testing & QA, covering QA and bug reports. The repository describes itself as: Model-agnostic agent-skills platform with a harness-free canonical layer, verified adapters, and the ccpi package manager. Explore at tonsofskills.com. The licence is MIT.
5 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit cfae287. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:

No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Requires an authorized Persona environment, current first-party documentation, a reviewed dated API version, and privacy-safe operational evidence.
From compatibility in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Persona Hello World loads about 1.2k tokens when it runs, and up to ~2.1k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 63 tokens; SKILL.md has 496 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace at commit cfae287, republished under its MIT licence (© jeremylongshore). 496 words, ~1,221 tokens.
.claude/skills/persona-hello-world/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder). This skill also uses 1 other file; get the full folder from GitHub.Prove the minimum create-and-read path in sandbox while keeping identity verification, account linkage, and session issuance explicit. A successful API response proves transport and contract compatibility, not that a person passed verification.
Use exactly one of inquiry-template-id, inquiry-template-version-id, or the supported template selector. Prefer the stable template ID unless a controlled test intentionally pins a version.
Generate an Idempotency-Key from the operation ID, not a person or reference ID. Persist the request fingerprint before sending the POST.
When auto-creating an account, use meta.auto-create-account-reference-id; do not revive deprecated request reference-id guidance. Use meta.auto-create-inquiry-session only when the client needs an immediate session.
Verify data.type, inquiry ID, status, template relationship, and optional meta['session-token']. Treat new fields and types as compatible additions.
GET the inquiry, compare its ID and status, then retain a redacted receipt. Never claim pass, fail, or completion unless the observed inquiry and verification states support it.
Use the sandbox bearer API key against https://api.withpersona.com/api/v1 with the explicitly reviewed Persona-Version. Keep any session token server-side until delivered to the intended client through a protected channel.
Use Read and Grep to inspect application configuration, provider documentation, fixtures, schemas, tests, and redacted operational evidence before proposing a change. Use Write or Edit only for an approved implementation, configuration, test, runbook, or redacted receipt. Do not create, resume, approve, decline, redact, rotate, revoke, deploy, or otherwise mutate production Persona resources without explicit operator approval.
Return the environment, resource and event identifiers, API version, template context, source-contract fingerprint, evidence, unresolved risk, rollback state, and final decision without exposing bearer keys, webhook secrets, inquiry session tokens, raw identity documents, or unnecessary PII.
A CI operator creates one inquiry from template itmpl_… with operation key smoke-<run-id>, requests a session, asserts a JSON:API inquiry object, and records the returned session token only as present or absent.
| Failure | Response |
|---|---|
| 400 create error | Check JSON:API shape, template selector exclusivity, and environment ownership. |
| 409 or replay mismatch | Compare the stored request fingerprint; never reuse an idempotency key with changed parameters. |
| Inquiry remains pending | That is a valid transport result; use sandbox controls or the supported client flow rather than inventing a pass. |
Verify the result against the linked first-party evidence, the pinned API version, redacted contract fixtures, an expected failure path, and the documented rollback or manual-disposition path. A successful request is not proof of a successful identity decision.

SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Persona Hello World is instructions for the agent only. Its frontmatter pre-approves these tools: Read, Grep, Write, Edit. Compatibility (from SKILL.md): Requires an authorized Persona environment, current first-party documentation, a reviewed dated API version, and privacy-safe operational evidence..
SKILL.md names 2 domains. In commands or code: api.withpersona.com; the agent is likely to contact it when it follows the instructions. As links in the text: docs.withpersona.com. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.

About 1.2k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 4.9k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 888 tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
