clay-hello-worldSend your first record to Clay and get enriched data back. An agent skill from jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace.
Clay Hello World is an agent skill from jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace. Send your first record to Clay and get enriched data back. Use when starting a new Clay integration, testing webhook setup, or verifying that enrichment columns are working. Trigger with phrases like "clay hello world", "clay example", "clay quick start", "first clay enrichment", "test clay webhook".
Its SKILL.md is about 1.3k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts. Compatibility notes: Designed for Claude Code
It sits in Backend & APIs, covering Webhooks and Integration testing. The repository describes itself as: Model-agnostic agent-skills platform with a harness-free canonical layer, verified adapters, and the ccpi package manager. Explore at tonsofskills.com. The licence is MIT.

Clay Hello World loads about 1.3k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 80 tokens; SKILL.md has 371 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace at commit cfae287, republished under its MIT licence (© jeremylongshore). 371 words, ~1,297 tokens.

Clay does not have a traditional SDK — you interact with it via webhooks (data in), HTTP API columns (data out), and the web UI.

The first run confirms receipt of a controlled test row and returns only a redacted status/correlation value. A successful webhook acknowledgement does not confirm enrichment quality, lawful data use, or CRM publication; inspect the authorized staging table and configured conditions before taking the next step.
Send a synthetic or explicitly approved test record to a staging webhook, log the response status without the webhook URL or personal data, and verify that the resulting row is subject to the intended enrichment conditions. If the endpoint returns 4xx/5xx, stop instead of creating new webhooks or resending the record until the configuration is corrected.
Proceed to clay-local-dev-loop for iterating on enrichment workflows locally.
