clari-hello-worldRun one bounded Clari forecast export through request, status polling, and result retrieval.
Clari Hello World is an agent skill from jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace. Run one bounded Clari forecast export through request, status polling, and result retrieval. Use when proving Revenue API connectivity or learning the job lifecycle. Trigger with: "run my first Clari export", "test Clari connectivity", "export a forecast snapshot".
Its SKILL.md is about 1k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. The skill folder holds 2 other files, including reference files (for example `references/official-docs.md`). Compatibility notes: Requires a Revenue API token, access to an existing Forecast Tab, and permission to export its hierarchy.
The repository describes itself as: Model-agnostic agent-skills platform with a harness-free canonical layer, verified adapters, and the ccpi package manager. Explore at tonsofskills.com. The licence is MIT.
6 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit cfae287. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:
ReadGrepWriteEditFrom allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
Links to these hosts (documentation or services it may open):

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Requires a Revenue API token, access to an existing Forecast Tab, and permission to export its hierarchy.
From compatibility in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Clari Hello World loads about 1k tokens when it runs, and up to ~1.5k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 71 tokens; SKILL.md has 448 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

.claude/skills/clari-hello-world/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder). This skill also uses 1 other file; get the full folder from GitHub.Prove the complete asynchronous export contract with one small, non-production forecast request. Success means retaining the forecast ID, job ID, terminal state, result format, and a redacted schema sample—not merely receiving an initial HTTP response.
Record the forecast ID, time period, requested data types, scope ID, currency, history choice, and JSON or CSV format.
Read /admin/limits and confirm both concurrent capacity and rolling monthly quota before consuming an export slot.
Submit POST /export/forecast/{forecastId} against the documented Revenue API base and retain the returned job ID.
Read /export/jobs/{jobId} with bounded backoff until DONE, ABORTED, or an operator-defined timeout. Do not treat SCHEDULED or STARTED as completion.
Only after DONE, fetch /export/jobs/{jobId}/results, validate content type and shape, and store the result in the approved temporary boundary.
Record row count, schema fingerprint, status timeline, and cleanup result; delete temporary exported data according to policy.
Use the Revenue API token only in the apikey header over HTTPS. Never include the header, raw response body, or revenue values in logs; authorization follows the token owner’s Clari access and hierarchy.
Use Read and Grep to inspect configuration, provider contracts, fixtures, logs, schemas, and existing tests before proposing a change. Use Write or Edit only for the approved plan, implementation, test, or redacted receipt; do not issue, rotate, revoke, create, update, cancel, delete, export, ingest, or publish provider data without explicit operator approval.
Return the exact surface, environment, resource or job identifiers, contract fingerprint, evidence, unresolved risks, and final decision without exposing credentials or sensitive customer data.
An operator requests a JSON export for one current-quarter Forecast Tab, observes SCHEDULED, STARTED, and DONE, retrieves the result once, and records field names and row count without retaining deal values in the test artifact.
| Failure | Response |
|---|---|
| Forecast ID rejected | Re-copy the ID from the intended Forecast Tab and verify the integration identity is opted into that hierarchy. |
| Job remains non-terminal | Stop at the timeout, retain the job ID, inspect service status, and avoid queuing duplicate jobs. |
| Results request fails | Confirm the job is DONE, the job ID belongs to the same token, and the export has not expired. |
