canva-core-workflow-bOperate Canva assets, brand-template autofill, and folders with explicit rights and asynchronous reconciliation.
Canva Core Workflow B is an agent skill from jeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplace. Operate Canva assets, brand-template autofill, and folders with explicit rights and asynchronous reconciliation. Use when performing uploads, dataset validation, autofill jobs, or folder changes. Trigger with: "upload Canva asset", "autofill brand template", "manage Canva folder".
Its SKILL.md is about 950 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. The skill folder holds 2 other files, including reference files (for example `references/official-docs.md`). Compatibility notes: Requires operation-specific scopes, resource rights, current feature availability, and an approved asset/data classification.
It sits in Business, Finance & HR, covering Async programming and Accounting and bookkeeping. It works with Canva. The repository describes itself as: Model-agnostic agent-skills platform with a harness-free canonical layer, verified adapters, and the ccpi package manager. Explore at tonsofskills.com. The licence is MIT.

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit cfae287. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:
ReadGrepWriteEditFrom allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
Links to these hosts (documentation or services it may open):
canva.devFrom URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Requires operation-specific scopes, resource rights, current feature availability, and an approved asset/data classification.
From compatibility in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Canva Core Workflow B loads about 950 tokens when it runs, and up to ~1.1k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 76 tokens; SKILL.md has 387 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

This skill also uses 1 other file; get the full folder from GitHub.Treat asset upload, dataset discovery, autofill, and folder mutation as separate authorization domains. Re-read schemas and reconcile asynchronous jobs rather than assuming old fields or completion.
Identify upload, asset metadata change, template dataset read, autofill, or folder mutation. Do not bundle unrelated writes into one approval.
Confirm resource ownership, file type/size against the current endpoint, malware policy, template availability, and every requested explicit scope.
For binary or URL upload, record the operation and job ID, avoid logging source URLs or content, and poll the corresponding existing job.
Read the current template or design dataset immediately before autofill. Reject unknown required fields and disclose that nonexistent field names may be skipped.
Confirm current entitlement and preview status, validate each data value, submit once, and reconcile the job before exposing the resulting design.
Validate source/destination authorization and expected current state, make one bounded change, then read back metadata and record rollback.
Canva Connect calls use Bearer access tokens obtained by a backend through OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code with SHA-256 PKCE. Request explicit least-privilege scopes, keep client secrets and tokens out of browser-visible state, and serialize refresh so the replacement single-use refresh token is stored atomically.
Use Read and Grep for discovery and evidence. Use Write or Edit only for the approved artifact, code, configuration, test, or receipt described by this workflow; do not make an unapproved Canva-side change.
An approved campaign asset is uploaded, a current brand-template dataset is fetched, authorized fields are autofilled, and the resulting design is moved only after each job and ownership check succeeds.
| Failure | Response |
|---|---|
| Dataset changed | Stop and revalidate input mapping |
| Upload job failed | Correct the documented cause before resubmitting |
| Autofill unavailable | Do not suggest a plan upgrade; report current capability evidence |
| Folder state diverged | Stop further moves and reconcile ownership |

About 950 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.8k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 123 tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
