Five Why is an agent skill from isjiamu/jiamu-skills.
Its SKILL.md is about 800 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. The skill folder holds 2 other files, including reference files (for example `references/visualization-template.md`).
It sits in Development, covering Root cause analysis. The repository describes itself as: / A curated collection of Agent Skills for daily productivity workflows. The licence is MIT.
2 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 3c21371. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Five Why loads about 803 tokens when it runs, and up to ~3.6k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 43 tokens; SKILL.md has 146 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

如果用户同意,按 references/visualization-template.md 生成 HTML 报告,包含:
| Skill |

Five Why fits situations like: tasks that involve Root cause analysis.
Run `npx skills add isjiamu/jiamu-skills --skill five-why -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (five-why in isjiamu/jiamu-skills) into .claude/skills/five-why in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.

Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add isjiamu/jiamu-skills --skill five-why -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Five Why is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
