Hai Goal is an agent skill from hylarucoder/hai-stack. Creates or rewrites a goal document for ambiguous, multi-phase, high-risk, or explicitly planned execution: verifiable outcome, boundary, current state, phases, proof-bearing todos, dry-run, and Go/No-Go. Use when the user asks for a goal, plan, phases, todos, or to re-anchor an existing plan(定目标、拆阶段、执行计划). Do not interpose it on a small implementation whose outcome and verification are clear; hand ready work to normal execution, using hai-tdd only for suitable behavior changes.
Its SKILL.md is about 2k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. The skill folder holds 5 other files, including reference files (for example `SKILL.zh_CN.md`, `agents/openai.yaml` and `references/output-template.md`).
It sits in Testing & QA, covering Feature launches and release readiness and Test-driven development.
10 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit a6c7ed2. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Hai Goal loads about 2k tokens when it runs, and up to ~3.1k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 123 tokens; SKILL.md has 1,109 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 1,109 words (~2,041 tokens).
“For Chinese readers, see SKILL.zh_CN.md. The English SKILL.md is the execution source of truth.”

Hai Goal fits situations like: the user asks for a goal; re-anchor an existing plan(定目标、拆阶段、执行计划).
Run `npx skills add hylarucoder/hai-stack --skill hai-goal -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/hai-goal in hylarucoder/hai-stack) into .claude/skills/hai-goal in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add hylarucoder/hai-stack --skill hai-goal -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/hai-goal in hylarucoder/hai-stack) into .agents/skills/hai-goal in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add hylarucoder/hai-stack --skill hai-goal -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/hai-goal, .gemini/skills/hai-goal, .github/skills/hai-goal and .opencode/skills/hai-goal in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Hai Goal is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Hai Goal has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 2k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 8.2k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 1.1k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
