# Healthcare Equity Research

## Frame the research

Resolve issuer and security, subsector, geography and as-of date. Start with material products or economic units rather than a generic company narrative. Distinguish biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medtech, diagnostics, life-science tools, managed care, healthcare services and digital health. Retrieve current filings and material issuer disclosures; use dated consensus and prices only when actually accessible.

These are concise adaptations of the canonical component map, not the entire original prompt library. For an exact original scoring rubric or prompt ID, retrieve the current upstream skill and its referenced methodology before claiming to reproduce it.

## Evidence to economics

Trace the supported chain from evidence to a model variable: population and eligibility; diagnosis and treatment access; utilization and adherence; reimbursement and net price; revenue; gross margin and operating costs; cash flows; valuation. Define units and time periods. State each material assumption's prior value, proposed value, evidence, implication status and next observable. A reported clinical success does not by itself validate penetration, pricing or payer access.

Use only relevant evidence-module briefs. Identify causal dependencies and correlated risks before combining them. For scenarios, explain the economic mechanism that separates bear, base and bull; distinguish downside uncertainty from evidence of impairment. For biotech valuation, use the dedicated rNPV skill to avoid double probability weighting. For actual spreadsheets, presentations or documents, use available artifact tools and verify the saved output; do not label a Markdown outline as a finished file.

## Deliverable

Default to: what matters now; dated facts; inference; model impact; variant view; disconfirming evidence; next diligence; confidence. Show a reproducible bridge for numerical claims. A claimed differentiated view requires an explicit benchmark; when consensus is missing, say that relative-to-consensus conclusions are unavailable. Do not imply personal suitability, automatically size or execute a trade, or obtain nonpublic information.
