writing-release-notesA skill your agent uses when drafting GitHub release notes or changelog content for this project (Genshin Impact Wish Gacha Analyzer).
Writing Release Notes is an agent skill from GoneTone/genshin-impact-wish-gacha-analyzer. Use when drafting GitHub release notes or changelog content for this project (Genshin Impact Wish Gacha Analyzer). Triggers when the user asks to write release content for a new version, summarize a tag-to-tag diff (e.g. "v1.0.0...v1.1.0"), or produce "更新內容 / 版本說明 / release note". Produces bilingual (zh-Hant on top, en on bottom) Discord-style prose for headline features with a short bullet list for minor items — NOT a corporate-style changelog with one section header per category.
Its SKILL.md is about 1.6k tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It sits in Development, covering Changelog and release notes. It works with Discord and GitHub. The repository describes itself as: 原神祈願卡池分析 Genshin Impact Wish Gacha Analyzer | A utility for analyzing gacha history, where all data and numbers are well-organized in a convenient manner! The licence is MIT.
3 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 71ecc39. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
gitFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
Hosts in commands or code, which the agent is likely to contact:
genshininfo.reh.twFrom URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Writing Release Notes loads about 1.6k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 127 tokens; SKILL.md has 340 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

- GitHub Actions Dependabot 上線自動追依賴
- 新增一篇社群介紹文 → 原神資訊站 Genshin Impact Info (https://genshininfo.reh.tw/archives/97)
## What's New
Remember opening the history table and seeing nothing but a wall of names? After this update, your "Keqing" is finally more than two characters of text — HoYoWiki integration is officially here, and your tables, timelines, and share images all grew character and weapon portraits. Click any item and you get the official artwork, gallery, description, and tags; mouse-wheel zoom, double-tap to scale, ESC to close, and a one-click jump to HoYoWiki for more. The analyzer just leveled up from Excel to a full illustrated compendium 📖
Good news for streamers and screenshot folks: UI UID masking 🕶️. One toggle in Settings and your UID is clipped to just the first three digits — no more worrying about being identified mid-stream. And if you ever swap machines or reinstall, the uninstaller now politely asks "want to clear your gacha records, settings, and cache while we're at it?" 🧹 No more digging through AppData by hand.
On top of that, we also did:
- Refreshed rarity colors: brighter 5★ tones, and 1★ finally has its own color
- New "Image Cache" section in Settings: see usage, clear the gallery with one click
- Lazy-loaded gallery: nothing downloads until you open the details (your disk thanks you)
- Two rounds of Crowdin translation updates: Thai / Vietnamese / pt-BR / Ukrainian / Korean / Japanese / Spanish / French, and more
- GitHub Actions Dependabot is now tracking dependencies automatically
- New community write-up → 原神資訊站 Genshin Impact Info (https://genshininfo.reh.tw/archives/97)注意這份範例做對的事:

Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/writing-release-notes in GoneTone/genshin-impact-wish-gacha-analyzer) into .agents/skills/writing-release-notes in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add GoneTone/genshin-impact-wish-gacha-analyzer --skill writing-release-notes -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/writing-release-notes, .gemini/skills/writing-release-notes, .github/skills/writing-release-notes and .opencode/skills/writing-release-notes in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Writing Release Notes needs the command-line tools its instructions call (git).
SKILL.md names 1 domain. In commands or code: genshininfo.reh.tw; the agent is likely to contact it when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Writing Release Notes is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 1.6k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 6.5k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
Skills that share tags, products or a category with Writing Release Notes: Release (pwrdrvr/openclaw-codex-app-server, 265 stars), Release Discord Post (nevalang/neva, 1.1k stars), Subwave Discord Release (perminder-klair/subwave, 1.4k stars) and Beta Prerelease (rvdbreemen/OTGW-firmware, 207 stars). The comparison table on this page puts their stars, adoption, token cost, safety result and licence side by side.
