- 谁在增持、增持多少 — 姓名、职务、增持股数、金额、日期、增持后持股变化比例

重要注意事项
- 合规交易：本分析涉及的是依法依规公开披露的董监高增减持行为，非违法内幕交易。
- 区分主动与被动：排除股权激励行权、定增认购、承诺增持到期履约等被动行为，仅关注主动二级市场买入。
- 质押背景：高比例股权质押的股东增持可能是为了维护质押安全线，而非出于对公司前景的信心，需特别甄别。
- 政策驱动：市场低迷时监管层可能"鼓励"大股东增持（如"维稳增持"），此类增持信号弱于自发增持。
- 增持 > 回购 > 承诺：真金白银二级市场增持是最强信号；公司回购次之；仅发布"增持计划"公告但尚未实施的最弱。
