# DSD Recovery

Reconstruct one interrupted/suspect attempt without modifying project state. Use the immutable contract/reservation/terminal/log/scope evidence and current source; partial reports/handovers are claims.

Classify task-relevant changes as complete/aligned, partial, unrelated, undeclared, preservation-moving, or unsafe to judge. Identify whether any writer may still be active.

Recommend one disposition per relevant change: adopt for fresh review, targeted evidence, bounded repair, quarantine, or revert. Do not perform the disposition yourself.
